L	Laura Brucki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin super zufrieden! Nun habe ich meine erste Brille.Die Kundenberatung war der Hammer, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich wurde kompetent beraten statt wie ein Ochs vor'm Berg zu stehen. Sehtest war auch hier kostenlos und ging schnell aber vernünftig von statten. Ich fühle mich dort rundum gut versorgt und beraten. Lange warten musste ich nicht und auch die Preise sind - denke ich- unschlagbar.. Vielen Dank! Jetzt habe ich wieder den "Durchblick"! :) I am super satisfied! Now I have my first glasses, the customer service was amazing, the staff are very courteous and friendly. I was given competent advice instead of standing like an ox in front of the mountain. The eye test was free here too and was quick but reasonable. I feel well looked after and advised there. I didn't have to wait long and the prices are - I think - unbeatable .. Thank you very much! Now I have the "perspective" again! :)

Hier steht der Kunde im Mittelpunkt und auf persönliche Bedürfnisse und Wünsche wird besonderer Wert gelegt. Im Verlauf der Jahre habe ich bereits zahlreiche Brillen von verschiedenen Optikern gehabt, jedoch war ich noch nie so zufrieden wie mit meiner jetzigen Brille von Fielmann Kleve. Klare Weiterempfehlung und noch einmal vielen Dank ! Very friendly and competent advice from the entire team and especially from the branch manager. The focus is on the customer and special value is placed on personal needs and wishes. Over the years I have had numerous glasses from different opticians, but I have never been as satisfied as with my current glasses from Fielmann Kleve. Clear recommendation and thanks again!

Er ist mit der Gleitsichtbrille nicht klar gekommen, dennoch wurde nicht mal in Erwägung gezogen, es vielleicht mit zwei einzelne Brillen oder einer anderen Gleitsichtbrille ohne Streifen in Mitte, zu probieren. Er wurde immer mit der Aussage weggeschickt, besser geht es nicht. Toll, eine Brille über 100 Euro und weder trag- noch nutzbar. Schade, wenn sich der Kunde nach dem Verlassen des Laden, verarscht fühlt. My husband was advised wrongly several times. He did not get along with the varifocals, but it was not even considered to try it with two single glasses or another varifocal glasses without stripes in the middle. He was always sent away with the statement that it couldn't be better. Great, glasses over 100 euros and neither wearable nor usable. It's a shame if the customer feels ripped off after leaving the store.
M	Martin Goodman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich ein schrecklicher Ort, als Kindergarten geführt. Ich bin dort seit 2 Jahren Kunde, immer Verspätungen, immer Ausreden. Diesmal wurde vergessen, mich anzurufen, um mir mitzuteilen, dass meine Brille nicht hergestellt werden könne. Ich bin 250 km gefahren, um sie zu bekommen, und musste 2 Tage freinehmen, also habe ich auch dieses Arbeitsgeld verloren. Ich wurde mit Ausreden abgespeist. Kindisch, unprofessionell. Wenn Sie einen besseren Service und eine Brille wünschen, die 3 Tage in der Hand ist, gehen Sie die Straße hinunter zu Bergmann. Really a terrible place to be run as a kindergarten. I've been a customer there for 2 years, always delays, always excuses. This time they forgot to call me to tell me that my glasses could not be made. I drove 250 km to get them and had to take 2 days off so I lost that work allowance too. I was fobbed off with excuses. Childish, unprofessional. If you want better service and glasses on hand for 3 days, go down the street to Bergmann.

Durch Termine ist das Geschäft nicht zu voll. Nice personel. Seats are disinfected after each visitor. It's easy to get there as appointments are made. Due to appointments, the shop is not too busy.
C	Carolin Mergens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An sich war ich dort immer zufrieden, als aber mein Optiker während der Beratung und trotz eines vorher gebuchten Termins wechselte, damit Mittagspause gemacht werden kann, habe ich mich entschieden, demnächst zu einem anderen Optiker zu gehen. Da sollte man das Online-Buchungsportal entsprechen anpassen. Ich habe auch keine Lust, in meiner eh schon knappen Pause alles zweimal besprechen zu müssen. Zumal ich mehrere Brillen dort bisher gekauft habe. Schade. In principle, I was always satisfied there, but when my optician changed during the consultation and despite a previously booked appointment so that I could take a lunch break, I decided to go to another optician soon. The online booking portal should be adapted accordingly. I also don't feel like having to discuss everything twice during my already short break. Especially since I've bought several glasses there so far. Too bad.
