S	Studio CK9 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though people who work there are kind and professional. It's a crying shame the way the city exploits your precious bike. How to solve this problem of wreckages lining the streets is another question for which they should find a more socially responsible solution. Now it's a mere guess if your bike was stolen, why they cut your bike locks and remove it without even notifying you by the infamous red stickers. It violates all decency and is way out in the industrial Sloterdijk area if you want to retrieve it, costing you € 22,- . When you reach the grounds you realise it includes a massive graveyard of orphaned bikes. The municipality is making a profit of their citizens vehicles . For example my not so new mountainbike with 21gears was cut and taken several times from the same bike rack near my home and I pay each time and now again they broke the gears and the brakes while handling it.
A	Abudai Tinju on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ our rental bikes are not there anymore so I thought they got stolen. They were rental bikes which costs about 500€. The police told us they can only do a police report with the bikes serial number. The guy at the rental station told us that this is a common case. They take regular parked rental bikes away and let the customers pay for the theft. Thx amsterdam... What do you think is this? Fun? We walked 5km back to the hotel and can now do some paperwork for a day. I do like to spend my money but not this way. However this is very negative for the city itself. As i get all my money back I will stop complaining but so far I do some bad propaganda. I hope you enjoy...
A	Amir Luzon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from the people there. Important: Call them before to check that your bike is there. They will give you a reference number. Bring your bike lock keys, valid ID, otherwise you cannot take your bike. Cost is 22.5€ to release your bike. They do not accept cash. Only pin. Not sure about credit card. If you are a tourist then you should call them to see how you can pay. They only break your lock to remove the bike. They do not break any lock that is on the bike itself (like the back lock)
N	Nathan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than thrilled with these folks. They’ve taken my bike without pacing a warning sticker on it, the picture they took was too bad to determine that it was indeed my bike. I know waste my time to go and get my bike and fork out for a new lock! Thanks a lot.

It was raining the whole time too which made it a lovely experience to bike all the way back to my apartment after picking it up. It would be great to have a couple places where the bikes are kept a bit close to where they are picked up. The staff at the actually location was quite friendly though. Thank you to them, screw you system that rewards those who can pay to park their bike all the time

m	melissa joy bollow tempel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t really understand why people said it’s too remote or difficult to get to. I took a bus for 15 min. It was a little hard to figure out that you have to walk all the way to the back but once I got in I barely had to wait and they found my bike in less than 5 min. If I had to go to jail I’d go to bike jail in Amsterdam.
