Very satisfied! Thought about a bicycle. Contacted customer service and my doubts have been cleared. Bike ordered and the bike was delivered within 5 days. Nice courier service that kept me informed

β β β β β Heel blij met mijn nieuwe fiets via Fietsenconcurrent. Ik kon gemakkelijk een proefrit inplannen en ben heel netjes geholpen. Ik kreeg de fiets vervolgens snel geleverd en kon op het laatste moment het afleveradres wijzigen. Ik werd netjes op de hoogte gehouden van de bezorgtijd via live tracking.
Very happy with my new bike through Cycling Competitor. I was able to easily schedule a test drive and I was helped very well. I received the bike quickly and was able to change the delivery address at the last minute. I was kept neatly informed of the delivery time via live tracking.

β β β β β Anders dan de ervaringen hieronder heb ik een positieve ervaring. Vorig jaar een nieuwe maar goedkope fiets besteld. Helaas ging eerst het zadel kapot en daarna de voorlamp. Tot tweemaal toe was 1 simpel mailtje voldoende dat fietsenconcurrent direct een nieuw zadel en later een nieuwe lamp opstuurde. Mooi spul ook, geen rotzooi. Erg tevreden hoe ze dit hebben aangepakt. Ook de levering van de fiets was goed, vriendelijke kerel. Zou hier wederom een fiets bestellen.
Other than the experiences below, I have a positive experience. Ordered a new but cheap bike last year. Unfortunately, the saddle broke first and then the front lamp. Twice, 1 simple email was enough that a bicycle competitor immediately sent a new saddle and later a new lamp. Nice stuff too, no mess. Very pleased with how they handled this. Also the delivery of the bike was good, friendly guy. Would order a bike here again.

β β β β β Told fietsenconcurrent that the back lock was not fitted properly. They said they will send someone to fix it. Nothing happened and they ignored my email that I sent them.

β β β β β I got my bike on time, but they forgot to deliver the lock that I ordered with it. The delivery person told me that they will send it by mail right away. I accepted becase mistakes can happen. But now it has been six days, I still have not received it and i am not getting any response to my emails. I am not sure if they even sent it.

β β β β β The Bike had small scratches on the leather handles and the motor was making a noise while biking.
I checked with an e-bike shop advised to return. Fietconcurrent took the bike. After 3 weeks of back and forth emails and phone calls, confusion and wrong delivery days and postponements i received it without any specific information on what was fixed . The noise is still the same so i will have to return it! Furthermore both times they came , they did not provide me any hardcopy receipt ( i need to submit it to my HR for the national Dutch Bike scheme compensation program). I have already requested it to at least send it as pdf and both times they just send me the email with the confirmation of payment which i have of course. Terrible service. There are much better competitor web sites out there for The Netherlands!

β β β β β I bought a bike end of November. The delivery date was expected Week 49 of 2018. I had to contact them to get them to tell me what the status of my order is. They don't provide this info on their own. Terrible client service. They shy away from any responsibility. It will be week 3 of 2019 soon and I still don't have my bike. But they still have my money. Nice business model.

β β β β β I recommend you choose the pay when delivered option. After I ordered my bike, I got a confirmation but no delivery date. I emailed a few days later to ask. They said they would deliver in two months time.
I ordered a bike for my wife as a gift, she used it on her first day back to work after maternity leave and the pedals fell off... what shouldve been a great gift.. ended up being not so great costumer service was acting, as if I was trying to rob them or something... bikes were delivered dirty.. as if they were in a warehouse for several months...
I chose fietsenconcurrent over fietsenwinkel to save 30~40 euros... I totally regret it...
