Everything used to be better at Alkmaar station, today it is only possible to have your bike repaired on weekdays from 7 am to 7 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service ronduit slecht. Laatst een nieuwe band er op laten zetten en deze loopt nu alweer leeg. Na langs gaan word je gewoon weg gestuurd als je de aankoopbon niet hebt, terwijl ze wel al je gegevens opschrijven bij het afrekenen dus het zo zelf terug zouden kunnen zoeken. Geld voor het maken dus uitgegeven voor niks. Ik kom hier niet meer.
Service downright bad. Recently had a new tire put on it and it is already empty. After going by you will simply be sent away if you do not have the purchase receipt, while they do write down all your details at checkout so that you can search for it yourself. Money for making so spent for nothing. I'm not coming here anymore.
