For 1 euro I bought 26 Thai baht 4 weeks ago, today 26 baht was only 0.68 (stable rate) I wanted to exchange for a few hundred euros and I didn't do that, what a criminals !!!!

Mooie betrokkenheid en goede communicatie. NAF ordered. Apparently it was a pain and they did their best. We were allotted everything they received. Great involvement and good communication.

Hele goede ervaring dus. Little experience with this kind of transaction (exchange foreign currency into Euros), but nicely helped by the staff who showed understanding and took all the time to help us. So very good experience.

Dus ik naar de gwk kantoor zegt dat vrouwtje achter de balie dat ze alleen nog naar handelspartners geld overmaken. Met andere woorden je kan geen geld meer overboeken. Nu vraag ik mij af waar zijn ze nog wel goed voor! nergens meer eigenlijk en met het wisselen van valuta wordt je ook opgelicht door hun. Vrouwtje achter de balie trok ook een arrogante kop die mag ook wel vervangen worden door een robot want ze hebben toch niks aan te bieden. Kortom slechte service tot geen service! snel sluiten en wegwezen uit Alkmaar ! I had to pay my rent. Since it was temporarily not possible at my own bank. So I go to the gwk office, the lady behind the counter says that they only transfer money to trading partners. In other words you can no longer transfer money. Now I wonder what are they good for! nowhere anymore actually and with the exchange of currencies you are also ripped off by them. The lady behind the counter also drew an arrogant head that could also be replaced by a robot because they have nothing to offer. In short, bad service to no service! close quickly and get out of Alkmaar!
W	WhaleCOBUS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom hier al jaren buitenlands geld ophalen. Ik kan ze zelfs opbellen of ze de gewenste valuta hebben en kan het vaak meteen ophalen. Vriendelijk personeel en snelle service. Ik zie veel negatieve reacties maar denk dat het meer met jezelf te maken heeft dan met gwk. I've been coming here to collect foreign money for years. I can even call them to see if they have the currency I want and can often pick it up right away. Friendly staff and fast service. I see a lot of negative reactions but I think it has more to do with yourself than with GWK.
