I bought a bike two weeks ago. It isa such called Omafietse and it's just gorgeous. We were served really friendly and got a lot of help. We could even try the bikes we liked. I would recommend going to Fietspiraat! Giulia Z

They don’t know how to fix a flat. Picked up my bike from them and 10 minutes later it was flat again.

I went to the shop about 3 weeks ago looking for a second hand race bike and although they didn't have any, staff were very helpful and informative. For me being a newbie in the race biking world, I learnt a lot by talking to the staff so thank you so much!

Needed a second hand bike around 150 euros, shop has really extensive selection to choose from (there is a big warehouse outside the showroom). The owner was a little grumpy at first, but turned out really helpful and added with no extra costs a bell and front+ rear lights on the bike of my choice.

Great service and selection of bikes/accessories. I think you get a bang for your buck and honest & helpful recommendations based on your needs. Plus was great chatting with the shopkeeper about music! Sorry I didn't get your name, but thanks again for the service + chat! :)

I went here to buy a second hand bike and the service was absolutely fantastic. Great choice for an excellent price. Think the owner (10+ years on this location) is a great guy who is very loyal to customers that have bought their bike here and goes the extra mile to offer the best possible service for them. What some of the negative reviews below don't correctly reflect is that this hard working owner, who has no other employees, too often has walk-ins with flat tires, broken chains etc. who demand immediate service for little revenue adding fixes on bikes that where bought online / elsewhere. Think he correctly decided he'd rather focus his time on his loyal customers as well as selling bikes that generate enough revenue that keep the place running.

I bought a 2nd bicycle from this shop and luckily avoided a dangerous accident after this happened after 6 months. Soon after purchase I returned for a small issue with the pedals which they charged for and didn't acknowledged the warranty. After six months the bike collapsed and on telling them in the shop, their only advice was to throw it away. Not even a discount on a new bike. They were rude and dismissive throughout and not very pleasant. I know it was a second hand bike but, i think they have little interest in safety. I would recommend anyone to look elsewhere.

Bought a bike 6 months ago which keeps on breaking down, even though it cost me 200 euros. The saddle which they gave me fell apart within 4 months and they still charged me.
