β β β β β Het meest onvriendelijkste bediening ooit. Twee keer binnen gelopen, twee keer onbeschoft behandelt. Nooit meer. Daar zijn meerdere winkels in Eindhoven die betere bediening kunnen bieden.
Walked twice into this unforgettable store and both times service was extremely disappointing. I couldn't walk faster out of this store. I would suggest anyone spending any serious money to go somewhere else. Don't spend your money here.
"Wat kunnen we anders doen om je de volgende keer tevreden te stellen?" - Niets, want je ziet me nooit meer terug in je zaak.
 The most unfriendly service ever. Walked in twice, treated rudely twice. Never again. There are several shops in Eindhoven that can offer better service.

β β β β β Deze firma zegt op hun website te geloven in 'service en kwaliteit', maar mijn ervaring met Sparta-dealer Van de Wijgert en de 'klantenservice' van Sparta (Accel Group) is zeer teleurstellend. Dat zit zo: de accu van onze elektrische bakfiets had na zo'n vijf jaar trouwe dienst een nieuwe accu nodig. Dat betekende een investering van β¬ 580,00. Niet mals dus. Toen de accu het al na één jaar begaf trok ik aan de bel. Maar de garantie werd via een sluw één-twee-tje met Accel Group afgewezen, omdat men kon uitlezen dat we de accu niet constant in de oplader hadden gehad en we ons dus niet aan de instructies hebben gehouden... Het feit dat de vorige accu het wel vijf jaar heeft volgehouden deed niet ter zake. De consumentenservice van Accel Nederland gaf ook geen krimp en toonde nul bereidheid om tot een oplossing te komen. Het boeit ze helemaal niks. Een heel andere ervaring dan je zou verwachten van een concern dat als missie heeft:
'Niets inspireert en motiveert ons meer dan erg tevreden consumenten en dealers. Dit drijft ons ten voeten uit. In een slagzin kan onze missie ook wel worden samengevat als βGreat bikes win great likesβ.' (bron: website Accell group)
Schandalig! Ik koop nooit meer een fiets bij v/d Wijgert en adviseer Accell Group om hun missie snel aan te passen. #fail
This company says on their website to believe in 'service and quality', but my experience with Sparta dealer Van de Wijgert and the 'customer service' of Sparta (Accel Group) is very disappointing. That's how it is: the battery of our electric cargo bike needed a new battery after about five years of loyal service. That meant an investment of β¬ 580.00. So not nice. When the battery died after one year, I rang the bell. But the warranty was rejected via a sly one-two punch with Accel Group, because it could be read that we hadn't had the battery in the charger constantly and so we didn't follow the instructions... The fact that the previous battery has lasted for five years did not matter. Accel Nederland's consumer service also did not flinch and showed zero willingness to come to a solution. They don't care at all. A very different experience than you would expect from a group whose mission is:
'Nothing inspires and motivates us more than very satisfied consumers and dealers. This drives us all the way. In a slogan, our mission can also be summarized as 'Great bikes win great likes'.' (source: Accell group website)
Scandalous! I will never buy a bicycle from v/d Wijgert again and advise Accell Group to quickly adapt their mission. #fail

β β β β β Very rude seller, I just asked for an advice on chain lock and the guy showed me one. I wanted to look to price of the one I found on internet and it was more expensive than I saw. I said I found it cheaper and I was leaving and he commented first ask for an advice in a store and order online! I said it is not different then not buying something from the supermarket you go when you find the price expensive. Not trustable on advices, find another store which understands the logic of 'open market' economy.

β β β β β Highly recommend this store! I recently purchased an E-bike here and had a great experience all around. I worked with Mark and he was very helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to really explain all of the options and allowed me to try out several bikes. After asking me some good questions and understanding what I needed in a bike he was able to make some good recommendations. In the end he was able to order the perfect bike for me. Mark even loaned me an E-bike while mine was on order. After I came to pick up my order Mark again took the time to answer all my questions and give me an overview of how to use the bike. Hi recently moved to Eindhoven and have visited several bike shops but none of them have been as good of an experience as this one. They really make the extra effort to make sure the customer is well taken care of. I will be using this bike shop for all my needs while living here!
