The mechanics — in particular Christel & Eric — are experienced and down-to-earth, and they have always been transparent with me when discussing repairs and maintenance. The sales team is straightforward without being pushy, and their recommendations are helpful and realistic. (And most relevant as of late, they are proactive and serious about warranty claims.) It's great having top-tier Trek support here in Eindhoven.

I liked the idea of booking an appointment to enter the store with each appointment lasting one hour. This provided me ample time to test the bikes, ask my questions, and finally narrow down on the bike model to buy.
