Ten eerste is het behoorlijk omslachtig. Je moet eerst een mail sturen, om vervolgens te horen dat er gewoon een retourformulier op de site staat.
Ten tweede moet je de kosten van de retourzending zelf dragen. Aangezien je bij de bestelling ook al verzendkosten hebt betaalt ben je op deze wijze dus behoorlijk duurder uit dan wanneer je je product gewoon in de winkel op de hoek koopt.
Ten derde is het niet mogelijk zakelijk aangeschafte goederen te retourneren. Dwz, mocht je een zakelijke naam hebt opgegeven dan ziet deze winkel dat als een zakelijke bestelling (wat natuurlijk onzin is) en vervalt je retourrecht. Dit is echt volslagen idioot en staat ook nergens op de site wanneer je bestelt.
Kortom, de site is best aardig, de service lijkt in eerste instatantie goed, tot je iets terug wil sturen (ook als je notabene 2 artikelen hebt gekocht die je wil vergelijken om er vervolgens 1 te retourneren), dan wordt het ineens een nare ervaring die er voor zorgt dat ik hier nooit meer terug kom.

Second, you have to bear the costs of the return shipment yourself. Since you also have to pay shipping costs with the order, you are therefore quite more expensive than if you simply buy your product in the shop on the corner.
Third, it is not possible to return business purchased goods. In other words, if you have entered a business name, this store will see it as a business order (which is of course nonsense) and your right of return will lapse. This really is completely stupid and is also nowhere on the site when you order.
In short, the site is quite nice, the service seems good at first, until you want to send something back (even if you have bought 2 items that you want to compare and then return 1), then it suddenly becomes a bad experience which ensures that I never come back here.
