Service sucks. Lost the whole morning on my last day on the island. They said they were picking up our bags at 9am and they were super late plus rude about it. Called after nine and they asked if they could pick it up by noon. If we had a flight to catch we would have missed it. Definitely would have been faster to carry everything to the harbor ourselves.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
Honestly, I would leave negative stars if I could.

The return service is well organized in case you wish to take the first ferry in the morning: you can park the bike in front of the store, lock it and drop the key in a dedicated box. Bikes vary sensibly with price. The cheapest version doesn't have breaks (revers the force on pedals to break) and no gears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best business in this island hahahah, I am Asia don't expect me to ride big bike, but they have a lot of variance and size (if u have petit body u will understand why I am very happy that I found my size lol) reasonable price and super friendly team. We did cycling a lot and it was super fun. The best part is we can just drop it in the marina.
