I was so worry when I saw many bad reviews. After booking on the website, I contact the hotel right away just to be sure, and my info was there.
They also reply my email quickly, it's a reliable website.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't make reservations on your cell. I learned the hard way. I used the drop down menu to select the dates I wanted but as I scrolled down it must have changed the date. I booked my reservation (assuming it was the date I selected) and thought nothing of it. Fast forward to today.... I was getting ready to leave and pulled up my reservation which was apparently for yesterday and there's nothing they can do for me. I should have looked more closely for sure but I also blame the site for not being very user friendly and for not helping me after the fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience with FindHotel. The process was easy and the price was great. When I contacted them to let them know that I had not received my confirmation, their response timely and thorough. I am definitely looking forward to working with them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservation via FindHotel was erroneously made at a different hotel as originally booked (caused by technical error of FindHotel).
Respective hotel personnel told me during check-in, that there has been a couple of people with the same issue during the last days.
I ask for refund via customer support, however no answer since a month now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Not use this company!! Wish I was able to give a -10!! Very dishonest practices. When searching for a room while traveling their site popped up with the cheapest price. When I clicked on them the price was actually for a different day but before I could change the date the site glitched and processed the order. I called immediately and explained what happens to a very rude customer service lady. She not only refused to give me a Refund but also refused to correct the date. I ended up paying for a day I wasn’t able to use but also booked straight thru the hotel for the correct day and got it cheaper. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve disputed the charges and plan to review this company on every review site I can find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have to give it at least One star.. i have used this site once and i can honestly say i will never use it again regardless of the offers I'm given. I made a reservation in the Dominican republic and after driving 3 hours to the resort and waiting 40 minutes at the front desk I had to end up coming FINDHOTEL customer service because the hotel didnt have my reservation.. I had to spend on an international call to resolve my issue. It took about 35 minutes on an international call. Speaking with someone who didnt understand me. After all that B.S all I got was an well your issue was resolved. Ii will never use this site again. After that I had another issue because on their it advertised for FREE INTERNET and that want the case at all when I got to the resort. I had to end up paying. There were many upset customers complaining about this. Its better to pay a little more and get better quality. I suggest for everyone to do a little more research and NOT to use FINDHOTEL for anything. I made reservations for the BELLEVUE Dominican Bay in the Dominican republic what a dump as well..stay awy from FINDHOTEL and BELLEVUE DOMINICAN BAY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved a hotel with 2 queens and a patio, upon receiving our confirmation email we found that FindHotel had switched it to a single king bed.
We called to clarify our reservation and the customer service representative told us she would change it and give us a call the following day. We never got a call, however we decided to suck it up and deal with the single bed.
Now upon our arrival at the hotel there is no patio, and simply a large window overlooking a service alley of the hotels.
All in all a terrible experience from FindHotels and we will not be using them again, nor suggesting anyone do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a group of scammers, I booked a hotel through them and they stole money without booking the hotel. When I contacted a hotel, she said that there is no reservation in my name, and when I contacted them, they say they will do a review for a bug, but no benefit. Just waiting, they stole 320 euros from me. Advice, do not deal with them,in addition to that, calling them cost me 20 euros because it is an international call
