Waren met motortochtje bezig en dan is dit een mooi punt om even te stoppen.
Nice place to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letterlijk even uitwaaien. Je ziet de Waddenzee en de eilanden Ameland en Schiermonnikoog. Leuk detail: Er staat een verrekijker waar je gratis doorheen kunt kijken De veerboten en voelde zijn dan goed te bekijken. Op de zeedijk een monument voor vissers die het leven lieten.
Literally a breath of fresh air. You see the Wadden Sea and the islands of Ameland and Schiermonnikoog. Nice detail: There is binoculars that you can look through for free. The ferries and felt can then be viewed well. On the seawall a monument to fishermen who lost their lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klein dorpje met prachtige oude huisjes en huizen. Het monument staat op de dijk. Ga nog een paar stappen omhoog en je staat aan de Waddenzee, met prachtig weids uitzicht. Het monument herdenkt dat er 17 schepen uitvoeren en er maar 4 terugkeerden.
Small village with beautiful old cottages and houses. The monument stands on the dike. Go up a few more steps and you are at the Wadden Sea, with a beautiful panoramic view. The memorial commemorates that 17 ships sailed and only 4 returned.
