★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following retirement several years ago, I decided it was time to take care of "me." For much of my work life I had taken care of others and let myself go. There are plenty of pictures to attest to that! After working by myself at a local gym, I decided that I wasn't making the progress I wanted to make. It just so happened that a small group fitness program in the gym caught my eye. It was FitMo, a training and fitness program led by Anita Harrell. Since I joined up with Anita and the FitMo crew, my pants size has changed from a 42 to a 36! My weight has dropped from just over 200 to the mid-165.
Anita and her FitMo program have provided the activity and the motivation needed to make the changes I wanted to make in my overall health and appearance. My doctor confirms this each time I see him now. When he asks me what I am doing to make and maintain the changes in my overall health, I answer confidently, "FitMo!"
