β β β β β Not go with this company.. if you as a good customer but still the company at the end not provide you good services. Very bad customer experience and customer agents.
As on the response i have contacted you on customer service helpline and get more disappointed with that. Writing this review after telling the customer agent and guess what this is the thing your agent provide me instead of solving problem and providing good customer service

β β β β β I have been suffering through a year long ordeal with this "provider." I didn't even have the box for 5 days but I've been paying for it ever since through stress and anxiety.
when signing up I was told on the phone that despite not having an ADSL connection in our home we were told it was fine an engineer would help us install it.
I got a appointment with the engineer but due to corona it would be with FaceTime
I didn't mind. I took the day off work to be home to receive the call. It never happened.
I was told they will send me a cable that I could easily fix everything myself. I couldn't because as mentioned t previously I had a coaxle connection.
the responses after that was things like t "watch the online video" and it just continued like that until they agreed that the the service was not suitable for my location despite being told it would before hand. Then I was told it would be cancelled free of charge if I sent the box and equipment back. I did
And then I was billed for the next 4 months that ensued of calling about each bill asking why when the contract was supposed to be cancelled.
These were the responses to those calls "we didn't log the call so it didn't count as a cancellation" "you didn't cancel it within 14 days" "we want you to have an appointment with the engineer and then we will cancel it" "the engineer cant facetime you because you still have your country mobile number"
Just right now i have received another bill in my letterbox. 119 euro for another month and some late fee on top, for a service i have never even had in my home. DONT DO It.

β β β β β My contract has been valid since August 17, and I still have no Internet connection due to an error in the settings on the provider's side. Today is August 27 and I was asked to wait another 4 days for a call from the KPN. But this does not mean that they will do something in 4 days.
I wasted all my mobile internet and hours on useless support talking and endless reboots of the router.
The most common thing I hear from support is, "There's nothing we can do, sir".
As a result, I have no Internet for 2 weeks and it is not clear how long it will not be. And I cannot switch to another provider, since my contract is already active and I will have to pay for these weeks without the Internet.
And nobody cares.
Update: Do you want me to contact the customer support? I did it many times. Do you have a special line? Let me know.
I still don't have Internet connection.

β β β β β Sent my SIM card to the wrong house and then customer service didn't apologies and actually then shouted at me. Whatever you do don't do any business with them.

β β β β β Really disappointed, was a happy costumer for some years. I got contacted to extend my contract in June / July 2021 for one of my apartments on which I agreed. However, they extended the contract of both apartments of which one was sold in May 2021. After contacting the support centre I asked for the Tape which confirmed I would have agreed for an extension for both apartments which would clear the issue. This was refused. Why would I accept a contract extension for an apartment I just sold?! Really disappointed that this was not sorted in a professional manner. Do yourselve a favour and avoid these scammers. Still open for an appropriate solution but lost faith..

β β β β β Supscription 100MB/s internet, I got 35MB/s.
Called technical department, and they say it is normal and they can't do anything. And in their terms and conditions, they say they can't guarantee I get what I subscribed for...
Is it not a fraud?
@Alles in 1, since you asked for private contact, I have be waiting still

β β β β β This provider is scamming company. They have the worst system, customer service and sales department. I'm really regretted singing with them. I'm with them for less than a month and I'm already looking for another provider. If really want good provider this one is not the one.

β β β β β I cannot recommend this provider for expats. I moved back to Germany last month, which is before my internet contract ended. There is no way I could take this internet access with me, yet I still have to pay the full fee for the remaining months.
For comparison:
When I moved from Germany to the Netherlands before I just needed to pay my provider a smaller one-time fee for cancelling early.
