De afgelopen maanden heb ik 1:1 personal training gehad van Sidney en ik ben heel blij met deze keuze. Sidney focust op je persoonlijke doelen, de juiste techniek om blessures te voorkomen en hij weet je elke keer weer opnieuw uit te dagen waardoor je altijd gemotiveerd bent en blijft. Ik zou de services van Sidney zeker aanbevelen!
For the past few months I have had 1:1 personal training from Sidney and I am very happy with this choice. Sidney focuses on your personal goals, the right technique to prevent injuries and he knows how to challenge you every time, so that you are always and remain motivated. I would definitely recommend Sidney's services!

Ik kom al meer dan 4 jaar bij Sidney. En dat zegt eigenlijk al genoeg want ik ben niet zo’n liefhebber van fitnessen (ik doe het omdat ik mijn lichaam gezond wil houden voor de duursporten die ik doe). Sidney weet me te motiveren, op de juiste wijze te trainen en het is nog gezellig ook. Dus, aanrader!
I have been coming to Sidney for over 4 years. And that actually says enough because I'm not much of a fitness enthusiast (I do it because I want to keep my body healthy for the endurance sports I do). Sidney knows how to motivate me, to train in the right way and it's fun too. So, recommended!

Sidney really has an eye for the people who follow personal training with him. He does more than just give training. He gives you a lot of confidence, exactly what you need to challenge yourself. Sidney is een hele fijne trainer. Ik ben door mn moeder begin 2021 meegenomen naar een training bij Sid. Na heel lang niet meer te hebben gesport, vanwege allerlei redenen. Och ik keek er zo tegenop... Al na een training van Sidney was ik verknocht. Hij is een geweldige trainer, een erg empathische man en super enthousiast over powerliften en mensen daarbij helpen. Ik kan echt met al mijn hart zeggen dat Sidney niet alleen mijn 2021 beter heeft gemaakt, maar ook - door al zijn kennis over powerliften- de rest van mijn leven! Ik heb mezelf weer teruggevonden; daar mag ik alleen Sidney voor bedanken.
Sidney is a very nice trainer. My mother took me to a training session with Sid in early 2021. After not having exercised for a long time, for all sorts of reasons. Oh I was so looking forward to it... After a training from Sidney I was hooked. He is a great trainer, a very empathetic man and super enthusiastic about powerlifting and helping people do it. I can honestly say with all my heart that Sidney not only made my 2021 better, but also - through all his knowledge about powerlifting - the rest of my life! I have found myself again; I can only thank Sidney for that.

Sidney is my coach for over a year now and because of him I actually found a passion for fitness (I used to hate it). I trained 1:1 three times a week for a few months and he was always motivating me, teaching me about technique and he never canceled a single training. I have a busy schedule but with Sidney there’s always a way to make it work. Now he’s still my online coach. Again, I used to hate fitness but now that I have the knowledge I’m going to the gym five times a week. I’m very happy with my schedule because it’s made for my body, goals and injuries. Besides that I still get a lot of feedback on every exercise and even with distance he still manages to motivate me. I’m not planning on leaving FitWithSid anytime soon and I would recommend his coaching to everyone!

I started training with Sid since Oct 2020. I had no experience in strength training with weights. This is also an area that needs guidance else many things could go wrong. So, glad to have found Sid. He brings in a lot knowledge, experience, fun, and a great camaraderie. He has helped me and Sachin get so much stronger in a year. Sessions with Sid is something that really kept me mentally strong during the pandemic. We do not get to thank our trainers a lot when we are in the momentum of our routine life. But when we step out of that momentum a bit, we get a perspective of how important their role is. I was mentioning to Sid the other day, that when everything else in life is uncertain, stressful work, family, friends, covid situation etc etc, coming for gym sessions with him are like meditation to me. My mind is in such a zen state. I always return back home content. This is one area of my life that I want to keep as a CONSTANT for it brings such happiness and peace. I am glad Sid is our trainer and I look forward to getting fitter and stronger under his guidance. I highly recommend Sid as a fitness coach.

Sid is an incredible personal trainer. ? He offers professional 1:1 sessions with the client or dual sessions with friends , both of which are affordable. During these meetups with Sid , you will be encouraged to push yourself in a positive , motivational way. I have been working with Sid for almost 1 year now. I rate this experience 5 stars! I tried personal training previously but never followed through after the first few sessions as I don’t like the style of the trainer. I don’t want to be tortured or yelled at. I want to enjoy the training routine. With Sid you get your results and will stay committed through his positive approach, Sid will help you to realize and achieve your physical goals, plus make you laugh in between reps. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
