About MudaGym

At an early age, we started our — unintended- rowing career. We aspire competition rowing and soon we were dreaming about participating in the Olympic Games. After thousands of kilometers rowing, a hundred hours of weight-training and rowed numerous competitions we earned our first bronze medal at the World Championships. This was a milestone for us which turned the dream into a goal. With six more years of hard training, we reached our goal. We went to the Olympic Games of 2012 in London. What is your goal or wish, that makes you exercise?

We started Muda Gym in 2016 with the ambition to become your inspiring personal trainer where your dream becomes your goal. Our knowledge, experiences and eagerness to learn more is the contribution and formula to succeed.

Super professionele trainers die het beste uit jezelf halen. Met recht kunnen zij zich Personal Trainers noemen: een persoonlijk trainingsschema, één-op-één begeleiding, oog voor je 'off days'. (En ook nog super sympathieke mannen) Ik ben naar erg-fit gestapt omdat ik maar niet van een blessure afkwam. Met een trainingsprogramma waar kracht en uithouding centraal staan is de blessure aangepakt. En meer dan dat: na ruim een half jaar: minder vet, meer spieren, meer energie, soepeler.
Super professional trainers who get the best out of yourself. They can rightfully call themselves Personal Trainers: a personal training schedule, one-on-one guidance, an eye for your 'off days'. (And also super sympathetic men) I went to very-fit because I did not have an injury. With a training program where strength and endurance are central, the injury has been tackled. And more than that: after more than half a year: less fat, more muscles, more energy, smoother.

I have been with these guys for 8 months now, and getting great results. After many years of trying various forms of good exercise programs; i've happily settled with Tycho and Vincent. They're well versed in tailoring a multitude of exercise programs that target the type of results that I want. More importantly, I'm having a fun time while working out :-)

While I have only trained here for about 4 months, weekly, I must say that I already started to see results after a few sessions. Tycho and Vincent offered various trainings to help me become stronger. I notice the difference in my mobility, stability, stamina and strength, especially in my other sports activities. Each session was a challenge, but they were very motivating. Overall I feel stronger, fitter and happier which is invaluable. Also to note, they are priced very fair compared to other gyms. These guys bring their expertise to every session. Exceptional team.
