★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger is ok, fries is quite a small portion, needs more salt. A menu here is nearly twice the price of macD but i dont think its twice as good. Allthough they will use all natural ingedients. It took pretty long before i got my food. It was not busy . I am not in a hurry to go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much the best fast food you can get. Great burgers and super nice 'artisan' fries. However, you might go bankrupt if you order a whole meal: burger + drinks + fries. However, the portions somewhat make up for the high price point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We regularly dine at five guys and most of the times we didn’t encounter any problems with our orders. Not this time, though.
The lady at the kitchen seemed overwhelmed because apparently there are only two people were present. I saw the manager going back and forth at the back of the house but clearly the lady was having too much on her hands but no body else cared to help? Are they understaffed?
As predicted, they got our orders wrong. When confronted with it, the lady replied snarkily that we already ate half of our food. Well, we didn’t noticed earlier that our order was made wrong, that’s why we asked what’s going on. Half-heartedly, they replaced our order but to be honest we already lost our appetite.
Never have things like this happened at any five guys that we visited. Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst FG. All buns were burnt, patties dried, fries were not fresh as well. No katchup/mayo on a self service. Wasted expectations.
