The guys checked my phone on the spot. Me being outside of warranty. They explained me the extended warranty rights within eu and filled in my warranty claim, thus I got it repaired by the manufacturer. At fixers I got my EU right of a free repair!

After a cup of tea being spilled over the computer, and later it would not start, we were not very hopeful that it would get fixed. We were very happy with the communication and service of Fixers Blaricum. Stephen was very kind and helpful throughout the process. When they could not reach us, they communicated us through e-mail immediately. (Fatma and Mehmet Yavas-20016433). It has been over a month after the fix and the computer works as good as before. Thanks!

Fixers diagnosed the issues with my computer wrongly. I was obliged to make decisions using incorrect information given by Fixers. My computer was returned in a worse state than when I had given it to them for the diagnosis. I had to visit them to put my computer back into its original state; during that visit I was approached with a new offer after they finally did a correct diagnosis, but this offer was never sent to me in writing. I finally went to Apple who fixed my issues for free. I had to pay Fixers €60 for their incorrect diagnosis. When confronted with their behaviour the customer service did not acknowledge that the initial diagnosis was done wrongly, and thus no real progress could be made other than them "apologising for my confusion", which sounded patronising in the light of my experience with them. I do not want anyone else to go through the loss of time and money that I experienced at the hands of Fixers, who I believe are misusing the good name of Apple to do things like this to Apple customers. Edit after Fixers response: You still do not wish to recognise that you made a mistake in your initial diagnosis. My review still holds due to that.

Bad time management & communication The communication with the employees was a bit weird β€” one of them was talking to me and the one at the back was jumping into conversation at times, in Dutch, and the other one either translated what he said to me or just replied back to him. My appointment was at 15.20, and after the intake I left my phone there at 15.30. I asked when I should come pick it up, and the employee at the back said it’ll be ready in 1 hour if there is nothing extra than the screen replacement. I wasn’t expecting that it’d be done in such short time, but I was glad to hear it so instead of going back home I hang out around the neighbourhood and took a walk. When I came back about 1,5 hours later, they said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. I went back and had some more walk, and came back 20 minutes later, and the phone was still not ready. When I finally picked it up, it was 17.55. And it turns out there was nothing extra, so the phone indeed only needed a screen replacement. Instead of telling me that it’ll take 2,5 hours to do the investigation and repair the screen straight up, they left me hanging for an hour, and then twenty minutes, and then half an hour more, which was frustrating. ** Seeing your reply was a huge disappointment too! I rated for my experience in this shop, not just the repair! Your reply includes the word "sorry" but instead you would like me to give you more points, because the repair was " why I came in the first place". And the fact that you say you "actually always communicate that it'd take 2 to 4 hours" was not communicated to me! I was also surprised when you said 1 hour, so why wouldn't I remember if you told me it'd take between 2 to 4 hours? Rather than apologising, you tell me that my review was basically incorrect because you "always" communicate it. Unfortunately for you, I always rate based on my experience with a place, not one thing more than the other. And your bad communication & time management made this experience a bad one. Neither your reply to my review nor your contact through the phone to say that 'I misunderstood your reply and I should still increase the stars of my review' made it better! **

I had a problem with butterfly keyboard on my MacBook Pro typing double letters or none every now and then, and when I learnt there is an Apple service program for replacement, I made an appointment with Fixers Blaricum. My laptop was fixed in less than 2 working days - really amazed by the speed and quality! I received email updates on the status of repair, and both times I've been there, guys were super friendly and helpful. I've got a new keyboard, touchpad and battery and didn't pay a cent. Just wow.

Paul is excellent manager of the fixers store in Blaricum. He is the right person for this village by enhancing excellent customer service. The repairs to two computers were done within 48 hrs - which we thought was amazing!!! He answered additional questions which he really didn’t have to do! He insisted and was very patient. I am extremely grateful for his assistance! I will certainly recommend this shop to friends in het Gooi! Well done ! Excellent Job

Amazing service. I was really annoyed when the Apple store in amsterdam dismissed me with no solution to my -out of the blue -broken rare camara, I live almost 40 minutes away from amsterdam and fixing my phone didn’t seem like a possibility there. I was lucky an employee ( not even the person who initially welcomed me and listen to my problem) took the time to direct me to fixers blaricum. I made an appointment for that same afternoon , and The service was incredible! They even fixed a dead pixel and changed my screen . I was basically given a brand new phone after I picked it up . The service was fast, perfectly executed and really they were kind and patient too. Super happy to have found them. Thanks!
