★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze oude Mac (2007) aangeboden ter reparatie in verband met een kapotte harddisk. Binnen 24 uur kregen wij een offerte, wij zijn hiermee akkoord gegaan en kregen vervolgens nog diezelfde dag de mededeling dat de Mac gerepareerd was. De Mac (ook al is het een oud beestje) draait weer als een zonnetje en onze kleindochter is helemaal gelukkig. Hartelijk dank nogmaals voor uw hulp.
 Our old Mac (2007) offered for repair due to a broken hard disk. Within 24 hours we received a quote, we agreed to this and were then informed that the Mac had been repaired that same day. The Mac (even though it is an old animal) is running like a charm again and our granddaughter is completely happy. Thank you again for your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nadat mn schijf was gecrashed heb ik de IMac ter reparatie naar Mac Support Witjas in Blaricum gebracht. Bijzonder snelle, vriendelijke en professionele service. Bij retour was de schijf geheel restored en was de Mac sneller dan ooit. Super Service!!!
After my disk crashed, I brought the IMac to Mac Support Witjas in Blaricum for repair. Extremely fast, friendly and professional service. Upon return, the drive was fully restored and the Mac was faster than ever. Great Service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn oude Imac is weer helemaal gerepareerd en ook nog met een snellere precessor ook (i7 in plaats van i5). Met nieuw moederbord kan ik weer jaren vooruit.
My old Imac has been completely repaired and also with a faster precessor (i7 instead of i5). With a new motherboard I can go for years again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HDD laten vervangen door SSD. Echt een groot verschil! De heer Witjas is vriendelijk en flexibel, levert goed werk en is niet duur. Aanbevolen dus.
Replace HDD with SSD. Really a big difference! Mr Witjas is friendly and flexible, does a good job and is not expensive. So recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn iMac startte niet meer op. Eerst aan de hand van de handige website van Mac Support alle mogelijke oplossingen geprobeerd. Helaas Daarom iMac gebracht en binnen enkele dagen kon ik hem weer ophalen. Voorzien van een snelle SSD. Snelle en professionele service. Op whatsapp wordt snel gereageerd. Mijn iMac werkt als een tierelier. Aanrader.
My iMac would no longer boot. First tried all possible solutions on the basis of the handy Mac Support website. Unfortunately That's why I brought the iMac and I was able to pick it up again within a few days. Equipped with a fast SSD. Fast and professional service. Whatsapp is answered quickly. My iMac works like a charm. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop did not work anymore. It had a problem with its fan. Frits gave it a very fast working and effective vaccine, and now its back to normal again. I recommend Frits highly. He solved many of my computer problems in the past, is always prompt and asking him for help gives excellent results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After some time,and upgrade to SSD plus 16GB RAM, my refurbished Macbook Pro mid 2010(with its superb 17" Full-HD matte screen) gave up and its original reseller (Leapp) refused to take it in even for investigation, stating the device was to old (please bear in mind it's a 2.66 GHz Quad i7). Even during an investgative call with Frits the graphics chip or its energy supply were suspected to be the cause of the problems. Within a few days after receiving the packet containing the MBP the suspicion proved to be correct. Unfortunately the logic board was reflowed somewhere in the past, which made repair impossible or at least unadvisable since there was no telling if replacing the failing chips would destruct the logic board. Altough this was bad news for all parties involved Frits took the time to explain the problem in detail whereas a lesser tech support would simply have stated 'unrepairable' and send the same invoice. Even though Macsupport was not able to reanimate my MBP, Frits and his coworkers clearly know their stuff and are very open. Since I own multiple older MBP's, I now know where t go to when in trouble

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to replace the right speaker on my Macbook Pro Retina display. Since the first contact over the phone, Mr. Witjas was very kind and gentle, giving all the information requested. He did his job very well and very fast. My Macbook Pro works perfect now!! It was a little misunderstanding, but Mr. Witjas realised and adjusted everything, showing honesty, trustful and professionalism. If i will need assistance in the future, i will not hesitate to contact him again!!! Totally recommended!!!
