Ik heb online besteld en het is heel fijn dat dankzij het juiste advies de kleding precies op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats was. Ze raadde mij een ander product aan, die sneller leverbaar was en met betere kwaliteit. Ik sprak haar aan over broeken die ik had besteld op een andere site, omdat deze niet te vinden waren op deze site. Op de andere site ging ik deze pas binnen 3 weken krijgen. Ze zocht diezelfde broeken voor me op, bestelde onmiddellijk mijn maat, en zette deze op haar site. Ze deed er alles aan dat ik tegen mijn optreden de broeken had. Ik had echt het gevoel dat ze constant met mijn bestelling bezig was. We communiceerden bijna dagelijks via mail, en wow wat antwoord ze steeds snel! Ze deed er alles aan, pleegde telefoontjes, om mijn broeken optijd te kunnen leveren bij mij thuis. Ik kreeg een mail dat ze ze gekregen had van de firma en dat ze deze onmiddellijk mijn kant had opgestuurd. De dag nadien heb ik ze ontvangen en ik kijk terug op een top service! Ik vertel het aan de hele dansschool door en raad deze site zeker en vast aan!! Zo een top service heb ik nog nooit gehad! Jammer dat het ver rijden is van bij mij thuis, of ik ging ze nogmaals persoonlijk willen gaan bedanken voor de service! In 1 woord: GEWELDIG!!! I had placed an order online and she called me that the delivery time could be delayed. She recommended me another product, which was available faster and with better quality. I spoke to her about pants that I had ordered on another site, because they could not be found on this site. On the other site I wasn't going to get it until 3 weeks. She looked up those same pants for me, immediately ordered my size, and put it on her site. She did everything she could that I had the pants by my performance. I really had the feeling that she was constantly busy with my order. We communicated almost daily by email, and wow she always answers quickly! She did everything she could, made phone calls, to be able to deliver my pants to my home on time. I received an email that she had received them from the company and that they had immediately sent them my way. I received them the day after and I can look back on a top service! I will tell it to the entire dance school and I definitely recommend this site!! I have never had such top service! Too bad it's a long drive from my home, or I was going to want to thank them again personally for the service! In one word: AMAZING!!!
