★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best Indian on the west side of Amsterdam. You can tell from the flavour and look that the ingredients are fresh and the prices are reasonable, considering the high quality. The flavours are very authentic, including the level of chilli - just be sure to only order mild if you have a low spice tolerance. I only took one star off because sometimes the delivery takes quite long. Once it took almost 2 hours but the owner of the restaurant delivered it personally, apologising with a free mango lassi due to one of the chefs quitting that same evening. An unfortunate circumstance, handled very well. I will absolutely continue ordering food from this restaurant and can highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the food here! Very authentic Indian food with lovely people. The naan are the freshest as we've tasted in Amsterdam. Tends to get very busy here as well as for delivery. Be sure to order on time and don't come here when you're too hungry. Worth it though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Either it wasn’t my day or the people really don’t know how authentic indian food actually tastes. I scrolled and find that very few people have pointed out the exact same thing which I want to share.
food taste likes packaged food which you can buy at much cheaper rate from bunch of Indian stores here.
Ordered vegetable biryani which had only potato in the name of vegetables.
And other thing which I ordered was veggie curry which tasted exactly same as those pre packaged curries.
These reviews are definitely fabricated. Never gonna order again.

I would really recommend it.
Food portion is really good and prices are comparatively lower then other restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste could be amazing because the curry smelled great but it was sooo spicy.. We ordered mild but thought they made a mistake because it was hard to eat. After we called the restaurant they just said this is how we make it…. We expected some nicer words to be honest. My girlfriend loves spicy food and she was sweating during this curry. The naan bread was great tho. Sorry for this bad review, but we were a bit disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding food no comparison in Amsterdam or even outside. Aunty is very kind and gracious to me and also other customers.
Please try samosa and chicken biryani. Too good. I simply loved it. The food is what I would call finger licking good. I would recommend not miss this place if you are in or visiting Amsterdam.

You can even order the food online! I would say order it by phone and pick it up from the restaurant by yourself (this is faster)
