โ โ โ โ โ Pasfotoโs laten maken van mijn dochter van 3 maanden voor haar eerste paspoort. Toen ik bij het gemeentehuis kwam bleken deze verkeerd te zijn (kind ipv baby) en moesten wij nieuwe fotoโs laten maken. Aangezien je met een baby niet zo snel weer op en neer rijdt hebben we om de hoek fotoโs laten maken. Toen we langs gingen om dit uit te leggen en we op zoek wilden gaan naar een oplossing stond hij hier niet voor open. Zelfs een voorstel voor nieuwe fotoโs op een later moment was geen mogelijkheid. Het was ons probleem werd meerdere keren gezegd. Klantvriendelijk en oplossend vermogen is dus erg laag.
 Have passport photos taken of my 3 month old daughter for her first passport. When I arrived at the town hall it turned out to be wrong (child instead of baby) and we had to have new pictures taken. Since you don't drive up and down so quickly with a baby, we had photos taken around the corner. When we went to explain this and we wanted to look for a solution, he was not open to this. Even a proposal for new photos at a later time was not an option. It was our problem was said several times. Customer-friendly and resolving capacity is therefore very low.
