As a vegetarian for 14 years I know that it can sometimes be challenging to find meals, however I have to trust that, if a meal is said to be vegetarian and looks vegetarian then I'll eat it...
I ordered a PUMPKIN SOUP, which had a V and was listed as vegetarian, however the "nice" chef decided to put ham in it and it wasn't until I started eating that I noticed it... Now I have a delightful case of food poisoning that has ruined day!!!
Seriously... This is the WORST food service that I have ever had (and boy I've had a few doozies over the year)!! Please heed my advice and stay ANYWHERE else

β β β β β Complying to the overall experience we have had with Fletcher hotels, this hotel offered us a very nice, adequately equipped room, well qualified and extremely friendly staff, and of course a tasty breakfast buffet. All of that for a reasonable price even though we arrived without a prior reservation.

β β β β β The parking lot is really big so many people can park their cars. When entering the building at the main gate, you get greeted by the host. The view is great everything is looking good and nice. I was sent to the very end of the hallway and so I walked past the kitchens and it was all clean. A worker there offered to hang my coat away and was very polite. My meal was great and there were also options for gluten free and lactose free The workers were all very polite

β β β β β Not entirely sure why this hotel has a 4-star rating. Mould in the bathrooms, scratches and dents on the walls, stains on the furniture, bathroom floor gets entirely wet when the shower is used, indented mattresses. Overall very overpriced for the quality of the hotelβ¦
