V	Vicarious MVM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een doorsnee bibliotheek zorgt voor een beperkte afleiding door middel van stilte en rust. In Lelystad is dit niet het geval. Kom hier niet om te studeren of om in stilte een boek te lezen. Begrijp mij goed je kan hier makkelijk een boek komen lenen. Maar voor andere faciliteiten kan je beter ergens anders terecht. Waar andere bibliotheken zorgen voor stilte en de gelegenheid om te studeren, zorgt de Lelystadse bibliotheek voor kinderen die rondrennen, die vervolgens beginnen te huilen omdat ze tijdens het rennen zijn gevallen en vervolgens beginnen te schreeuwen omdat hun moeder ze verteld stil te zijn. In een stad waarin de jeugd 30% van de leeftijdsopbouw bevat zou men denken om deze jeugd te bevorderen om hen een openbare plek aan te bieden waarin zij aan hun toekomst kunnen werken. Echter denkt de gemeente van Lelystad hier ongetwijfeld anders over. Structurele nalatigheid op studie en opties voor vrijetijdsbesteding (voor de jeugd) zal Lelystad nog sneller de afgrond in laten zakken dan het al doet. Een medewerker stond klaar om uit te leggen hoe we boeken konden halen. Because of corona things went differently, but very neatly. Downstairs was hand alcohol and clean baskets. An employee was ready to explain how we could get books.
D	Dési Van Stein Callenfels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie bibliotheek, jammer genoeg is er onvoldoende of geen internetverbinding met je eigen laptop. De IT-ers willen dit oplossen , maar vanuit het management is er blijkbaar geen prioriteit. De IT-er Youssef Farao is altijd correct en geeft goede service. Hij zoekt altijd een oplossing, zodat er uiteindelijk geïnternet kan worden. De 5 sterren zijn dan ook voor Youssef. Management doe hier wat mee. Je wilt toch niet, dat de bezoekers naar de bibliotheek van Almere of Dronten gaan?! Nice library, unfortunately there is insufficient or no internet connection with your own laptop. The IT people want to solve this, but apparently there is no priority from the management. The IT specialist Youssef Pharaoh is always correct and provides good service. He is always looking for a solution, so that eventually internet can be used. The 5 stars are therefore for Youssef. Management do something with this. You don't want the visitors to go to the library of Almere or Dronten ?!
I	Ilse Boekhoven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben super blij met onze mooie bibliotheek. Het is een mooie, gezellige en fijne plek waar mijn kinderen en ik graag komen. We genieten enorm van de leuke boeken die we zelf- en/of samen lezen. Één minpunt waar ik al jaren tegen aanloop: Als je een boek thuis hebt en wilt verlengen (je mag één keer verlengen) maar iemand heeft het boek gereserveerd, dan vervalt je recht op verlengen. Dit heeft al regelmatig gezorgd voor onhandige situaties waarbij een boek opeens toch moest worden ingeleverd terwijl je er middenin zat, het nodig had voor een spreekbeurt of we op vakantie waren. Bij populaire boeken begrijp ik dat het recht op verlengen bij voorbaat vervalt maar bij alle overige boeken zou imo het recht op één maal verlengen niet moeten vervallen bij een reservering. Helemaal irritant werd het toen ik weer eens speciaal voor dat éne gereserveerde boek naar de bieb ging om het in te leveren en toen was het niet meer nodig omdat iemand anders hetzelfde boek ook had ingeleverd en deze al naar de persoon gegaan was die hem had gereserveerd. Als dit punt nog wordt verbetert geef ik graag 5 sterren. Verder helemaal geweldig. I am very happy with our beautiful library. It is a beautiful, cozy and pleasant place where my children and I like to come. We greatly enjoy the nice books that we read ourselves and / or together. One downside that I've been running into for years: If you have a book at home and want to renew it (you can renew it once) but someone has reserved the book, your right to renew will lapse. This has regularly led to awkward situations where a book suddenly had to be handed in while you were in the middle of it, needed a talk or we were on vacation. With popular books I understand that the right to renew expires in advance, but with all other books imo the right to extend once should not expire with a reservation. It became very annoying when I went to the library to hand it in especially for that one reserved book and then it was no longer necessary because someone else had also handed in the same book and had already gone to the person who had reserved it. . If this point is still being improved, I would like to give 5 stars. Furthermore, great.
i	ismael van rhe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kom ik daar aan en zeg ik tegen de baliemedewerkster dat ik op de computer moet, begint ze me te corrigeren en zegt ze 'je MAG op de computer'. Moeten viel schijnbaar verkeerd. Eenmaal op de computer kom ik erachter dat je geen losgeld kan gebruiken om te printer wanneer ik daarvoor naar de baliemedewerker ging kijkt ze me al raar aan ondertussen dat ze aan het bellen is en zegt ze 'jaa ik heb je toch alles al verteld?' En gaat weer verder met bellen. Ze kon ook gewoon zelf het printje laten printen en ik kon contant betalen bij de balie. Zo heb ik dat vorige maand ook gedaan en toen moest je wel naar de balie om te printen. Elke keer worden hier dingen veranderd.
