Bij deze; maanden geleden waren wij op zoek naar nieuwe kantoorruimte met een klein gedeelte representatief winkelgedeelte circa 150m2. Dit zijn op zich lastige ruimtes om te zoeken omdat ze precies tussen de kleinere en de grotere opdrachten in zitten. Ik werd bij toeval geattendeerd op Flexas, ben dus niet zelf gebeld maar heb Flexas gebeld en vanaf daar ging het eigenlijk allemaal vrij snel. Ik sprak met een bekwaam medewerker met een no-nonsense benadering, hij heeft mij via de mail een aantal interessante voorstellen doen toekomen, helaas zat het juiste pand hier net niet tussen, enkele dagen later werd ik tot mijn grote verrassing teruggebeld met positief nieuws, er was net een nieuw pand op de markt gekomen! Voorstellen weer heen en weer gemaild en nu zitten we inmiddels op deze nieuwe plek. Ik denk dat we voorlopig wel even goed zitten maar mochten we groter willen groeien dan neem ik vanzelf weer contact op.
I have been asked to write a review if satisfied. Hereby; months ago we were looking for new office space with a small portion of representative retail space of around 150m2. These are in themselves difficult spaces to search because they are exactly in between the smaller and larger assignments. I was accidentally alerted to Flexas, so I didn't call myself but called Flexas and from there it all went pretty quickly. I spoke to a competent employee with a no-nonsense approach, he sent me a number of interesting proposals via e-mail, unfortunately the right building was just not listed here, a few days later I was called back to my great surprise with positive news, a new building had just entered the market! We emailed proposals back and forth and now we are in this new place. I think we are in the right place for the time being, but if we want to grow taller, I will contact you again.
