★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas het verkeerde artikel geleverd. Maar na een telefoongesprek werd direct de goede variant opgestuurd met een retourlabel om de verkeerde terug te sturen.
Jammer van de fout, maar zeer goed opgelost met een vriendelijke en behulpzame kracht aan de telefoon.
Service bestaat dus nog wel.
 Unfortunately the wrong item was delivered. But after a telephone call, the correct variant was immediately sent with a return label to return the wrong one.
Shame about the mistake, but very well resolved with a friendly and helpful force on the phone.
So service still exists.
