G	Gabrielle Page on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely superb with fantastic selection of orchids, I have wanted a slipper orchid for ages as they are a touch more challenging to look after. They need slightly more demanding conditions but I now feel up to the challenge. The packing was amazing and I swear this would have made it to the moon it was that well encased. Their packing skills are a testament to all those who ship and fail to get their goods to people intact. FloraStore can show you how to do it properly.
V	Vl Sl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well packed plants and very fast delivery, but twice I ordered plants and twice plants were mixed for variety that I did not order. Accepted as valid grievance after 1st order delivery mix-up, but not heard back from seller after experiencing the very same problem with my 2nd order! Each time concerning the very same orchid variety (Wilhelmina) - that was replaced by a different unknown variety without any further explanation! This despite re-assurances given that second order was checked & packed properly and with careful accuracy! Yet, very same mistake was made, instead of receiving 2 Wilhelminas, I received one and another unknown variety that I don't like & wouldn't ever order myself. Therefore mixed review & only 3 stars, even though plants are very healthy, very well packed and very fast shipped & delivered - order variety inaccuracy ruined everything.

I had to buy another one ... When i contacted the seller, they said that they couldn't take it back and offered me a 15€ refund ( i paid 45€ ) for a plant i don't want in my place. This is unacceptable and i feel extremely disapointed ... Would not recommend
