★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op de website ruim voor de grens van 'voor 15:00 besteld is volgende werkdag in huis' vanwege haast. Vervolgens wordt het pakket gewoon niet opgestuurd. Dan moet ik tot 2 keer toe bellen omdat ik gewoon geen informatie krijg en dan is het antwoord 'ik heb het druk, maar ik zorg dat het vandaag wordt verzonden'. Om het vervolgens gewoon niet te verzenden... De kans is niet groot dat ik hier nog eens wat bestel.
 On the website well before the limit of 'ordered before 15:00 is delivered the next working day' due to rush. Then the package is simply not sent. Then I have to call 2 times because I just don't get any information and then the answer is 'I'm busy, but I'll get it sent today'. And then just don't send it... It's not likely that I'll order anything here again.
