Moeilijk bereikbaar, de retourzending heel laat afhalen, geen communicatie over de status tenzij je ernaar vroeg. Gelukkig na anderhalve heb ik het geld, het volledige bedrag, ontvangen voor de IPad. Dus zaak is opgelost. Ik wil Fonetastic wel het advies geven om beter te communiceren met hun klanten en niet zo lang te wachten met het beantwoorden van mails of WhatsApps vandaar de 3 sterren. I had returned a defective IPad. What followed was a lot of hassle with this return shipment. Difficult to reach, pick up the return very late, no communication about the status unless you asked. Fortunately after one and a half I received the money, the full amount, for the IPad. So case is resolved. I would like to advise Fonetastic to communicate better with their customers and not wait that long before answering emails or WhatsApps, hence the 3 stars.

Fonetastic heeft geen super groot aanbod, maar ze zijn wel lekker bij de tijd met hetgeen ze aanbieden. De prijzen zijn gemiddeld beter dan de goedkoopste webshop die je normaal gesproken via de vergelijkers vindt. Vlot verzenden en bezorgen kan Fonetastic ook. Binnen een dag stond de postbode op de stoep met mijn nieuwe gesealde iPad :-). Ordered an iPad 2019 from Fonetastic some time ago. I didn't know Fonetastic at all, but I am very happy to have stumbled upon their website. Fonetastic does not have a super wide range, but they are nicely updated with what they offer. The prices are on average better than the cheapest webshop that you normally find through the comparators. Fonetastic can also deliver and deliver quickly. Within a day the postman arrived on the doorstep with my new sealed iPad :-).

Levering precies volgens de beschrijving en dus een spic and span machine binnen gekregen voor een erg mooie prijs. Registratie voor de garantie was ook geen enkel probleem. Dit gebeurde bij Acer zelf online. Ik ben erg tevreden met Fonetastic. Received my laptop purchased from Fonetastic today. Delivery exactly as described and so received a spic and span machine for a very nice price. Registration for the warranty was no problem at all. This happened online at Acer itself. I am very satisfied with Phonetastic.

I went to Utrecht to return it but the shop was closed during the mentioned opening hours. I tried to called the owner and after 2 hours he picked it up. After it we agreed to sent the product back and he will issue the refund. I had to call for days to make him do it, on friday I was told “I cant transfer your money because there is nothing on my bankaccount, but I will do it tomorrow” - that was scary to hear! Finally the deal was settled.
