J	Jyoti Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely un-professional behaviour. We have a really bad experience with this product delivery. The truck driver kept the product on the road and went away. He was extremely rude, I asked him why he kept on the road he didn't reply, he simply sat on the truck and left.So, technically it is not delivered to my house and causes a public nuisance as it is on a public road. There is ample space in front of my house but still, the package is lying on a public road. We called Fonteyn regarding this, the first-time lady with the name Herma (her supervisor name: Alexander) took the call and she told she cannot do anything about it. I asked her to transfer to any other colleague or her supervisor, she told other than her there is no one working. I called transportation guys, they told me they cannot do anything. I do not understand if I buy a product from your company and if there is any hassle regarding it who can I contact then. This is not at all acceptable. I do not know what product is delivered I cannot check it on the road. We want to get this product delivered to OUR HOUSE (mentioned address), not on the public road.

You need to do a order with an adviseur from each department you order from, so someone from the garden furniture, someone from the garden sheds etc. Which in itself isn't too bad if it wasn't that each time you have to wait 20 minutes for each person to come. And we didn't Advisor as we had already chosen what we wanted and just needed to pay really. But the bigger problem was:we saw a garden shed on display for the right size and price and decided to buy it. Spend another 20 minutes waiting, by then we are there for close to 1 hour just ordering a garden furniture.. The garden shed person arrives, starts filling in the order. Last check for me to verify on the order the measures and I see it's the wrong set. Half the size of what we need. I show the one on display we want and after about another 30 minutes (we are now 1h30 minutes later..) they realize they made a mistake and put the wrong name on display. Meanwhile the label is there for a lower price. Despite the fact that the law is clear in those cases and the fact that we spent already 1h30, they wouldn't admit to their mistake nor make a commercial gesture. AVOID!! I must mention also that just about every customer there trying to order was complaining about something!!

They predominantly sell spas/hot tubs, bbq's and accessories, sheds, greenhouses and outdoor/patio furniture. I have never seen so many spas together in my life. They also offer BBQ cooking and sampling classes which is fun for a company outing or birthday celebration. Plenty of staff walking around; very friendly and hospitable. They offer all kinds of complimentary samplings throughout the store like fresh orange juice, poffertjes, tortilla chips with salsa, etc. There's a big greenhouse set up like a cafe where you can talk to a salesman. I think you have to make an appointment in advance or otherwise wait until one is available. Free parking.
s	surajeet ghosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 1 star to this store. The store looks great with plenty of things on display. When it comes to getting something from here, it takes ages. We had ordered a sauna in July 2021 and now it is Dec 2021. We still havent received the sauna, we have already paid 30% of the total amount. When we asked them what the status was, they didnt hesitate much and without even bothering to dig deeper, simply said that our sauna items have not arrived and they cant tell when it will arrive. So now we are stuck for 6 months on uncertainty. Really horrendous customer service they should really learn cuatomer service from companies like Amazon. I would have given 0 stars, but there is no option. Stay away from this store.
