★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy about their service. I bought garden house there with additional floor. I waited 10 weeks for delivery and only part of order was delivered. Now after 3 months I still didn't receive the second part of my order or money back. After I mailed them many times, situation is still not solved.
Garden house was also not the best quality, thought it was not the cheapest one. Many parts were not correctly cut, so at the end not every part fit to each other. My garden house has 2 doors. One of them are curved what is annoying when you want to close them.
So, if you buy there - pay in last possible moment, only if everything is delivered. I did mistake by paying in advance and now they don't care the order is not completed.
Or better just order in some other place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered my whirlpool and paid full bill around 15th June on ebay with a 4-5 week wait time per listing to receive my whirlpool. Here it is 11 Aug almost 9 weeks later and still no product. Patric was the sales contact which was freindly at first and then nothing but lies after. I have contacted the owner with no help or response, i have contacted shipping department with no help or response, and now i am seaking legal action if i do not receive my whirlpool by end of week (18Aug). They KEEP CHANGING THE DELIVER DATE (Going now on 3rd time). I am willing to remove this post, but i would like a compensation and my whirlpool, before anything is consisered. I want everyone to know the problems I had with this company in hopes they do not experience the same. I will also update once i get my pool as for the condition.

I requested an offer months ago, they placed the order in my name (even though I didn't end up ordering anything), and months later kept spamming with the "oh you don't want it anymore?" questions, extremely unprofessional. Edit: 4! months later they are still harassing me with fake offers and emailing from different addresses. STAY AWAY. Scammers.
