★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nieuwe winkel in de Kleine staat is overzichterlijk en netjes personeel is ook aardig en zeer behulpzaam ontdanks de drukke kerstperiode en de dag voor de lockdown de kassière was vriendelijk en had gevoel voor humor ?
New shop in the Kleine state is uncluttered and tidy staff is also nice and very helpful despite the busy Christmas period and the day before the lockdown the cashier was friendly and had a sense of humor ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schoenen gekocht van nike €190,- voor betaald 2.5 week later laat de verf al los. Erg slechte zaak, ze zeiden dat ik maar anders met mijn schoenen moest omgaan.
Shoes bought from nike €190,- paid 2.5 weeks later, the paint is already coming off. Very bad thing, they told me to handle my shoes differently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad and incompetent personnel. At first entering the store was a already an experience, by entering through a cloud of cigarettes smoke from employees smoking at the entrance (would have loved to take a picture).
with 8 to 10 employees working there, most of them have nothing to do and stand in groups and have chats (or smoke).
Coming inside and having a look comfortably is difficult to do with a group chatting and staring towards your direction.
when I had a question I had to breakup their group discussion and then everyone just listened which makes it awkward and weird. Simply not comfortable.
I thought the employees are simply rude as such, considering the other reviews I read, I can reluctantly state that they are most likely only discriminatory towards non dutch speaker; Since the comments on nice stuff came from locals and anecdotally and from other non dutch speakers I have seen the complete opposite.
To conclude, too many rude, bored and arrogant employees. Change the squad there.
