Nice and large and clear. Friendly trainers and coordinators. Also good for non-playing adults / children. Nice atmosphere.

Too embarrassing for words. Racist and discriminatory comments by the trainer(s) towards opponents. Parents on the side shouting the most horrible things... Intimidating behavior during halftime and after the game.
