★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was een half uur later dan de afgesproken laadtijd. Dit duidelijk gecommuniceerd maar de medewerker van dienst ontving mij uiterst onvriendelijk en stak niet onder stoelen of banken dat ik hem iets verschrikkelijks had aangedaan door niet op tijd te komen. Gezellige boel dus
Was half an hour later than the agreed loading time. This was clearly communicated, but the employee on duty received me extremely unfriendly and made no secret of the fact that I had done something terrible to him by not arriving on time. So nice stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's be fair here, the taste of their smoked salmon slices are amazing. But as a U.S. customer, the problem has been that they've been offering less slices in their packages for the exact same price of $10+ and they're now so thin that it always crumbles when you handle them. For the price, it's not worth it anymore.
