Notabene nog geen 5 min binnen geweest Very customer unfriendly with taking passport photos, before you wore your coat it was already said and more people are waiting. Not even been in for 5 minutes

En zodra ik zat werd gevraagd om mijn bril af te zetten met als argument dat het door de brilglazen die tegenwoordig ontspiegeld zijn het lastig is om geen reflectie in de glazen te krijgen en door de schaduw van mijn bril op mijn gezicht... Ik als leek ga er vanuit dat dat klopt... ( terwijl ik zelfs nog zei dat het wel een beetje raar was want een paar jaar geleden kon het bij een andere fotograaf wel gewoon met bril... maar goed er zou wat veranderd kunnen zijn) Met als gevolg een foto waar je niet blij van word... De andere dag toch maar naar een andere fotograaf gegaan... En wat schetst mijn verbazing... Die kunnen wel foto's maken met bril... Geen gezaag over ontspiegelde glazen en schaduw... Bij de gemeente hadden we het er over en het blijkt dat er vaker klachten zijn over deze zogenoemde fotograaf... Bad photographer. . Had passport photos taken last week... And as soon as I was seated I was asked to take off my glasses, arguing that because of the glasses that are anti-reflective nowadays, it is difficult not to get any reflection in the glasses and because of the shadow of my glasses on my face... As a layman I assume that's right... (while I even said it was a bit strange because a few years ago it was possible with another photographer with glasses... but ok something could have changed) The result is a photo that doesn't make you happy... The other day I went to a different photographer... And what a surprise... They can take pictures with glasses... No worries about anti-reflective glasses and shadows... We talked about it at the municipality and it turns out that there are more complaints about this so-called photographer...

The woman working here was very understanding, going far above what I would expect. She even re-took the photo a few times because she was worried that my hair or jewelry would be a problem and had a hairbrush available for me to use. She took the extra few minutes to make the background completely white, something a colleague of mine was rejected for, so that solved my worries. I really recommend this place! Plus, the photos hung up in the shop were of a really nice quality in a bunch of different materials, I think the “folie” looks really nice.
