O	One PurpleBanana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor een nogal gehorig nieuwbouwhuis hebben wij meerdere akoestische canvassen besteld van onze, onlangs gemaakte, huwelijksfoto's. Goed verpakt. Na uitpakken zagen we dat de foto niet helemaal doorliep op de zijkant, terwijl dit op de website wel zo verkocht wordt. Slechts voor een gedeelte, met als gevolg een lelijk stuk wit doek zichtbaar, bij een donkere foto, wat niet op elke kant symmetrisch was. Als we dit zouden ophangen keek je dus tegen een onvolmaakt gespannen schilderij aan, dat deed afbreuk aan onze huwelijksfoto's en zonde van het geld. We hebben een klacht ingediend en vrij snel werd de order opnieuw in productie genomen en verzonden. Helaas hebben ze de eerdere klacht niet helemaal adequaat gelezen, waardoor wederom het schilderij op dezelfde manier gespannen was en probleem dus niet opgelost. Ze gaven op de tweede klacht als oplossing een duurdere variant met lijst als alternatief, omdat de foto waarschijnlijk niet over gehele zijkant gespannen kan worden. Geen extra kosten, mochten zelfs kleur optie en ophangsysteem doorgeven. Wederom netjes geleverd. Nou, dat noem ik nog eens een service dat ze onze bestelling tweemaal hebben vernieuwd. Kosteloos! Wij zijn nu heel erg tevreden en raden fotoproducten zeker aan. For a rather noisy new-build house, we have ordered several acoustic canvases of our recently taken wedding photos. Well packed. After unpacking, we saw that the photo did not go all the way through on the side, while it is sold that way on the website. Only partly, resulting in an ugly piece of white canvas visible, in a dark photo, which was not symmetrical on each side. If we were to hang this up, you would be looking at an imperfectly tense painting, which detracted from our wedding photos and was a waste of money. We filed a complaint and the order was put back into production and shipped fairly quickly. Unfortunately, they did not read the previous complaint completely adequately, so that again the painting was tense in the same way and the problem was therefore not solved. In response to the second complaint, they gave a more expensive variant with a frame as an alternative, because the photo probably cannot be stretched over the entire side. No extra costs, were even allowed to pass on color option and suspension system. Again neatly delivered. Well I call that another service that they renewed our order twice. Free! We are now very satisfied and definitely recommend photo products.
R	R4in2001 NL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BESTEL niet bij dit bedrijf! Bestelling geplaatst ergens 20 oktober 2021. Leek me een bekend bedrijf. Had toen de reviews nog bekeken. Maar zoals al bij vele reviews staat. Bedrijf komt totaal zijn bestelling niet na. 21 oktober een mail gehad, dat de foto geprint verwerkt word (had ook extra voor betaald). 16-12-21 contact opgenomen, want werkelijk niks en niks ontvangen. -> standaard mailtje te gehad, met allerlei opties. Maar je weet dus niet bij welke optie jou product hangt. 27-01-22 nog steeds niks ontvangen - Alweer mailtje sturen en word leuk nieuw ticket nr aangemaakt. DO NOT ORDER from this company! Order placed sometime October 20, 2021. Seemed like a well known company to me. Then had a look at the reviews. But as many reviews say. Company does not fulfill its order at all. October 21 received an email that the photo will be printed and processed (also had paid extra for it). 16-12-21 contacted, because really nothing and nothing received. -> standard email, with all kinds of options. But you do not know which option your product depends on. 27-01-22 still haven't received anything - Send an email again and a nice new ticket number will be created.

B	Bronwyn Wainwright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend Fotoproducten.nl! Awful user experience. Software is poorly designed. If you start a photo album with more pages than you end up needing, you can't delete pages and have to start over from scratch. You can add pages, but not delete page. Finding a project that is already in progress is complicated - you have to start a new book each time and then select the project you're working on in the second step.

The plate I've received was damaged (small dent on the side) and I wasn't happy about the color that came out of the print on rough/gray aluminum. Got in contact with their aftersales and they've helped me out without any question. Now I've got the picture printed in high quality on white aluminum. Thanks for the support and good aftersales!
