★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woonborg laat je in de kou staan als je klant bent helpen ze je niet. Meer dan een jaar overlast en Woonborg kan/wil op geen enkele manier helpen om dit op te lossen. Wel geld innen, maar het spreekwoord klant is koning geld hier absoluut niet! Jammer dat er maar 1 woningbouw vereniging zit in het werkgebied. En je dus op Woonborg aangewezen bent om in bepaalde gebieden te kunnen wonen. Ze hebben de hele Monopoly in handen
Woonborg will leave you out in the cold if you are a customer, they will not help you. More than a year of inconvenience and Woonborg can / will not help in any way to solve this. Collect money, but the proverb customer is definitely not king money here! Too bad there is only 1 housing association in the working area. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onbetrouwbare woningstichting, doen niets met feedback. Hebben vrij spel in bepaalde gebieden omdat ze de enige aanbieder zijn van sociale huurwoningen. Wees op gesprek bereid om gediscrimineerd te worden wanneer je in aanmerking komt voor een woning, ik heb geen goed woord voor deze woningcoöperatie over. Deze stichting komt haar woord niet na, discrimineert en wil vervolgens geen verantwoordelijkheid nemen.
Very unreliable housing association, do nothing with feedback. Have free rein in certain areas because they are the only provider of social rental housing. Be prepared to be discriminated against when you are eligible for a home, I do not have a good word for this housing cooperative about it. This foundation does not keep its word, discriminates and then does not want to take responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik hoorde dat ze vandaag een rechtszaak hebben verloren tegen een oud huurder die ze 5000 euro boete aan wilde smeren. Hij zou het huis niet goed hebben opgeleverd. Ik was er zelf bij en het huis was keurig opgeleverd. De reden dat ze die boete hebben gegeven is misschien omdat de huurder vroeg waarom ze nooit wat aan de overlast hebben gedaan en dat hij een klacht tegen ze in wilde dienen, vervolgens haalde ze van alles uit de kast als "sociale" woningbouw om die huurder financieel te ruineren en te onteren. De rechter maakte echter gehakt van hun eis en veegde de claim van tafel. Zeer onprettige mensen, geen sociale woningbouw.
