Abysmal service - their attitude absolutely stinks. I ordered an extra large, heavy, Β£150 kitchen bin. It was delivered by Hermes, and arrived damaged. I emailed Frank saying this, and asking that they send a new one and have the damaged one picked up. It took them over a week to reply, and they just gave me the standard return info: 'take it to a DPD Parcel shop.' I emailed back saying this was not appropriate for such a large bin that I could barely lift. I asked that they have DPD pickup, since that was their return carrier. I thought this was totally reasonable for such a large item, and given it was damaged on arrival. It wasn't just a case of me changing my mind. Over a week went by, no reply to that. I then rung them. They were completely uninterested. They couldn't care less about the points I made, and saw no reason why they should sort it out as it came damaged. They even had the cheek to repeatedly tell me they would pay the return postage from the ParcelShop, as if that was good of them! That's just standard practice for mail-order items that're damaged or not-as-described. So I was just hitting my head against a wall trying to get any understanding out of them. Oh, and they also though they were good to extend the 14 days return period, which is just insulting considering they took a week to reply to the first email and then didn't reply to the 2nd one for another week, when I then spoke to them. So to get my ~Β£150 backI now have to find help to 1) take me to a parcel shop and 2) carry this wretched huge there. I'm utterly taken aback by the attitude to this damaged order, above all else. Sure, damages in transit happen - the customer should not be put out, in effort or monetarily, to rectify that though. I used this NL Frank company because it was about Β£15 cheaper than a small UK homewares site and Amazon.co.uk. I really should have just gone with the former. In summary, I'd say AVOID CHECKFRANK at all costs if you care about customer service/after-sales with potential issues.

Terrible service. Avoid. I ordered an item over 7 weeks ago, the delivery time kept changing and now they are saying it is with the courier company. The courier company are denying they have it and Frank are not replying to my emails asking for a refund. Do not use this company I am nearly Β£300 out of pocket and having to resort to legal action to get my money back.

i was looking for a big lamp since a while, i found it on its site, not so expensive and i receivet it at home only 3 days after my order. very nice quality, good service. I am really happy

Their binoculars of Vortex Diamondback HD 10x50 are fine for general birdwatching and occasionally looking at the night sky. For longer observations, a resting location or a tripod is needed because your hands get tired and shaky. The binoculars come with dedicated straps and a nice looking bag too which are useful.

Horrible experience! Avoid like the plague! I ordered a bike helmet on 8 Dec, Frank emailed delivery on 12 to 15 Dec. Later that day (8 Dec) Frank emailed helmet would be delivered 16 to 22 Dec. On 9 Dec Frank email that the helmet would be delivered 17-23 Dec. On 23 Dec - Whoops we don't actually have that helmet. Why would they wait until the 23rd to notify me? Crooked, lazy, stupid? You be the judge. 3496013 - how many other orders did you fail to fulfill during this time frame? Yep, lazy.

ordered a pair of kids Hunter boots on July 09. have received over the next 5 weeks 6(!) automated messages "change of delivery date" - none of which contained an actual DATE, but only "in 2-3 weeks". ultimately, as of August 25, there was still no delivery. order cancelled, thanks for nothing and for wasting my time. could have ordered elsewhere in the meantime, instead of waiting for the non-delivery.

Terrible customer service, the slowest shipping and handling i have ever seen in my life. Skip this store... And im also sure based on other reviews that they will also ask me to write my order number here, because they dont believe me. Way past delivery day, and still waiting for it.... Its like one of those wishes kinda thing...
