★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donderdag middag, een uur voor sluitingstijd, gebeld dat ik was gevallen met de fiets. De cranck was verbogen. Mocht direct wel even langs komen om te kijken of dit verholpen kon worden. Daar bleek dat hij te veel was verbogen. Maar hij had er nog wel eentje liggen. Deze erop gezet en ik was weer klaar! Super netjes toch. Dat is nog eens top service!
Thursday afternoon, an hour before closing time, I was called that I had fallen with my bicycle. The crank was bent. If you would come by immediately to see if this could be remedied. It turned out that he was bent too much. But he still had one laying around. Put this on and I was done! Super neat anyway. That's great service!

Lots of history.They sell great used bikes too that blow cheap new Chinese bikes out of the water for the same price.
They think with you and help getting my Travel bicycle ready every year.
And i am a customer for years.
Parts are extremely hard to get right now. Shimano has enormous supply chain problems.But they still found a solution.
