Communicatie met Fransastic verliep prima en professioneel. Received my Artbox a few weeks ago and I am very satisfied. Also able to exhibit at Mercure Hotel Amsterdam Sloterdijk via Fransastic. Communication with Fransastic was fine and professional.

De Art box is bijzonder goed en professioneel vormgegeven. Tussen het begin van de opdracht en de aflevering is meerdere malen een goed, open, professioneel en vriendelijk contact geweest. Dit bedrijf kan ik ten zeerste aanraden aan elke kunstenaar die een Art box wil laten maken! Had nice contact. My very critical questions during a telephone conversation were answered in a friendly and detailed manner. The Art box is very well and professionally designed. There has been good, open, professional and friendly contact several times between the start of the assignment and the delivery. I can highly recommend this company to any artist who wants to have an Art box made!
D	Dagmar Haggenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veel beloftes, maar niets wordt nagekomen. Geen partij die je als kunstenaar verder helpt, absoluut geen aanrader dus. Artboxen heb ik na 7 maanden nogsteeds niet ontvangen. Aanvulling: reactie op deze review zegt genoeg. Een slechte recensie schrijven is geen laster, ieder bedrijf zou dit op een klantgerichte manier moeten oppakken. Zodra je als kunstenaar kritisch wordt, wordt de toon dreigend en op de man gespeeld. Kunstenaars die ontevreden zijn durven zich daardoor vaak niet te laten horen. Als bedrijf een mail rondsturen naar je gehele klantenbestand om mensen aan te sporen een positieve recensie te schrijven, in opstand te komen tegen de 'lastercampagne' omdat er een paar negatieve recensies online verschijnen, vind ik echt niet professioneel. Mijn geld is weg en zo ook de boxen. De artboxen zouden in april 2017 in alle boekhandels en museumwinkels liggen. Men kan deze winkels eens bezoeken om te kijken hoeveel daarvan terecht is gekomen. Erg jammer dat het zo wordt aangepakt, want ik was in eerste instantie zeer enthousiast over het initiatief en in het begin was de communicatie best goed en vriendelijk. Many promises, but nothing is kept. No party that helps you as an artist, so absolutely not recommended. I still haven't received art boxes after 7 months. Addition: response to this review says enough. Writing a bad review is not a slander, every company should take this in a customer-oriented way. As soon as you become critical as an artist, the tone is threatened and played on the man. Artists who are dissatisfied often do not dare to be heard. If a company sends an email to your entire customer base to encourage people to write a positive review, to rebel against the 'smear campaign' because a few negative reviews appear online, I really don't think it's professional. My money is gone and so are the boxes. The art boxes would be in all bookstores and museum shops in April 2017. One can visit these shops to see how much of it ended up. It is very unfortunate that it is approached this way, because I was initially very enthusiastic about the initiative and in the beginning the communication was quite good and friendly.

Daarnaast is er geen fijne communicatie. Na een aantal kritische vragen werd de toon erg vervelend en dreigend vanuit Fransastic. Niet mee in zee gaan, wat ze opleveren is frustratie en negativiteit. Aanvulling: Een aantal kunstenaars zijn tevreden over de 20 artboxen die ontvangen zijn en waar ze zelf 360 euro voor hebben betaald. Ik ben daar niet tevreden mee. Ik deed zelf vooral mee voor het netwerk en de verkooppunten die beloofd werden, 20 artboxen kun je namelijk zelf ook laten afdrukken voor minder dan 360 euro. (De lijst met het netwerk wat ze zeiden te hebben en wat ook de verkooplocaties zouden worden is inmiddels van de site verwijderd, omdat deze helemaal niet waar was.) De artboxen liggen nog steeds, nu december, in geen museumwinkel of galerie of grote boekenwinkel terwijl ze daar eind april zouden liggen. Bad experiences with Fransastic. There are no network of galleries, museum shops and other promised outlets. In addition, there is no fine communication. Addition: A number of artists are satisfied with the 20 art boxes that have been received and for which they paid 360 euros themselves. I am not satisfied with that. The art boxes are still, now December, in no museum shop or gallery or large bookshop while they would be there at the end of April.

Ik doe nu ongeveer twee jaar zaken met Pieter de Groot en ben altijd erg tevreden over de gang van zaken en de geleverde produkten. Ik adverteerde vorig jaar in de Art Guide Amsterdam en had diverse exposities via Fransastic in mooie hotels in Amsterdam. Ook heb ik een persoonlijke ArtBox bij ze afgenomen die er prima uitziet. Ik lees negatieve reviews en die zijn erg onterecht !! Pieter gaat voor kwaliteit en wil zijn klanten niet teleurstellen. Omdat hij niet tevreden was over het eindproduct is de hele zending ArtBoxen teruggestuurd naar de fabrikant en heeft de uiteindelijke levering veel vertraging opgelopen. Het resultaat is een mooi produkt en ik ben blij dat hij ons geen halfbakken ArtBox heeft opgestuurd, maar voor de kwaliteit ging. Hadden die klagende mensen dat dan liever gehad ? Er zijn nou eenmaal dingen die je als bedrijf niet zelf in de hand hebt omdat je afhankelijk bent van toeleveranciers. Pieter heeft het goed opgelost en altijd alles goed gecommuniceerd. Nogmaals, Fransastic is een prima, betrouwbaar bedrijf dat zijn afspraken altijd nakomt en mooie produkten levert ! Last year I advertised in the Art Guide Amsterdam and had various exhibitions through Fransastic in beautiful hotels in Amsterdam. I also took a personal ArtBox from them that looks great. I read negative reviews and they are very unjustified !! Pieter goes for quality and does not want to disappoint his customers. Because he was not satisfied with the final product, the entire shipment of ArtBoxes was returned to the manufacturer and the final delivery was delayed a lot. The result is a beautiful product and I am happy that he did not send us half-baked ArtBox, but went for the quality. Would those complaining people rather have that? There are simply things that as a company you do not control because you depend on suppliers. Pieter solved it well and always communicated everything well. Again, Fransastic is a great, reliable company that always keeps its promises and delivers beautiful products!
