Met gevoel en liefde voor het vak presenteren wij u graag alle heerlijke authentieke gerechten uit onze verfijnde Italiaanse keuken. Bij onze restaurants spelen de gerechten van de chef-kok een centrale rol: de finesse, het raffinement, de creativiteit. Allemaal even belangrijk.
Onze Italiaanse keuken is zeer rijk en gevarieerd, en bestaat hoofdzakelijk uit een enorme hoeveelheid goed gekarakteriseerde regionale gerechten uit heel Italië. Fratelli creëert echte Italiaanse gerechten, niet alleen pizza’s en pasta’s maar ook vlees-en visgerechten.
Fratelli werkt met originele italiaanse producten en verse ingrediënten, gebonden aan de seizoenen. Maar Fratelli is veel meer. Fratelli is persoonlijke aandacht aan tafel, een uitgelezen wijnkeuze uit Italië, Fratelli is een ervaring!
Alle vestigingen zijn gelegen in de oude dorpskern. De restaurants zijn gezellig en warm ingericht op locaties in Leiden, Leidschendam, Voorburg, Voorschoten, Delft, Pijnacker, Noordwijk, Den Haag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is delicious. There are not many places where the pizza actually tastes Italian, but this is one of them. And that without having to wait for a long time. Unfortunately, the staff is quite stressed and that's very noticeable. This makes the dinner less comfortable. Further, it's a pretty crowded place, and because noise reduction is lacking it gets loud quite fast. But I can still recommend eating here, that's why I gave it three stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pasta special with truffle is made and served with so much love. It is delicious!! The staff is also very attentive and friendly. If you are lucky, you get to enjoy a lovely performance when the waiter works his magic with the cheese wheel for the truffle pasta. So far, we have not had any other pasta dish (or experience) as good as this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Italian food, all home made. Food and service has been consistently good during multiple visits. Very impressed by the reasonable pricing and great quality. The head waiter with his amazing voice will also perform a song when preparing their speciality pasta with Parmesan cheese with fresh truffle on a cheese wheel.
