Der Laden an sich ist immer sehr ordentlich und man findet schnell was man braucht. Außerdem kann man mit seinem Hund rein gehen und es stört niemanden. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. You will always be well advised if you have any questions. The shop itself is always very tidy and you can find what you need quickly. You can also go in with your dog and it doesn't bother anyone.

Als wir dies bemängelten holte die Kassiererin ihre Kollegin von hinten und diese wurde richtig unfreundlich. Das Preisschild am Regal wäre gar nicht für dieses Produkt. Sie sagte wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil. Einfach nur unverschämt. Aber das richtige Preisschild am Regal bzw. den richtigen Regal Platz für das Produkt konnte man uns auch nicht zeigen. Einfach nur chaotische Zustände dort. Uns wurde zwar die Differenz nach heftiger Diskussion ausgezahlt, jedoch Fahren wir nächstes mal in ein anderes Fressnapf. Das war einfach zu unfreundlich dort. We were there last week and the price that was marked on the shelf did not match the price charged at the cash register. When we complained about this, the cashier picked up her colleague from behind and she was really unfriendly. The price tag on the shelf wouldn't even be for this product. She said whoever can read has a clear advantage. Just outrageous. But they couldn't show us the right price tag on the shelf or the right shelf space for the product. Just chaotic conditions there. We were paid the difference after a heated discussion, but next time we'll go to a different bowl. It was just too rude there.
