β β β β β Reageerde en handelde snel nadat de Liander monteur een klein gaslekje gevonden had. Huidige huurwoning vrij snel (voor deze tijd op de woningmarkt) via Friened gevonden.
Responded and acted quickly after the Liander technician found a small gas leak. Found current rental home fairly quickly (for this time on the housing market) via Friended.

β β β β β Meneer heeft ons uit ons huis gezet nadat wij meerdere malen hadden geklaagd over dat onze douchedeuren eruit donderen.want blijkbaar hoor je daar niet over te klagen EN mag je dan ook door deze vieze vent aan je eigen deur bedreigd worden! 5 maand en een advocaat verder heb ik dan eindelijk de borg terug die op mysterieuze wijze niet betaald werd.geen goed woord voor deze nasty vent!!
Mister kicked us out of our house after we had complained several times about our shower doors falling out, because apparently you shouldn't complain about it AND you should be threatened by this dirty guy at your own door! 5 months and a lawyer later I finally have the deposit back that mysteriously was not paid. Not a good word for this nasty guy !!

Toen ik uit het pand ging kregen we helaas een andere bemiddelaar, echte fraudeurs alles proberen tegen te houden. Dan merk je wat je aan deze bemiddelaar had. Persoonlijk en goed. Bennie hierbij wil ik je bedanken voor service die je geleverd heb. Dus mensen zoek je een bemiddelaar of woningen, this is the man!
Very nice man! Helped me a lot and never complained. Prices that are fair for mediation. Unfortunately, when I left the building, we got another mediator, real fraudsters trying to stop everything. Then you will notice what benefit you from this mediator. Personal and good. Bennie I would like to thank you for the service you have provided. So people are you looking for a mediator or housing, this is the man!

β β β β β The people working there are mostly very friendly. Unfortunately, the company is really slow in answering mails and if you try to reach them on the phone or in the store, it is hardly anyone available. I talked to the man working there and sent all my documents to apply for an appartment and didnt get any respond for one week. I then asked for an update and if they received my documents and waited for another week without an answer. I called them after 2 weeks (and 2 more mails and 2 more phonecalls) just to hear that the appartment is already rented by someone else. They didnt even tell me that it was taken. It felt as if I wasnt even taken in consideration and I ask myself why I sent all of my personal details to them for nothing. Not a very good service and very sad for me.
PS: the appartment is still online on various websites such as pararius and huurwoningen. You should really consider to delete offers once they are taken.
