This company is withholding my parking space! I have been paying for it for months and they won't answer my e-mails and are useless on the phone! I've paid almost 400 eur so far for something they are witholding!!! This is theft! I have called and e-mailed this company countless times. Seriously if you can STEAR CLEAR.

This is the most aweful real estate organisation I ever dealt with in my life. As an expat I have rented an appartment via this corporation , and everything what could go wrong went wrong. Their administration is a big mess, their technical services badly organised and the people extremely rude on the phone. I have instructed my employer to reach out for another supplier. Very, very dissapointed! Do yourself a favour and stay away from these charlatans!

no answers on mails concerning rent repair issues. Have to call back many times because right person not there. Many promises to call back never happens. don’t take issues seriously

Very bad service. 4th time calling about my rent that they registered as late however it is on time every month (a simple check of their bank account would show this). They give you the run around and say that the office is closed (when it is clearly not closed as I am literally talking to a person on the phone at 9:00am working hours), or the person responsible for your contract is out of the office (at 14:00 on a Thursday), and when requesting maintenance, well haven't heard back on that yet. I hope they see this and make some changes. Rude people on the phone too.

Incredibly slow and disorganized!!! People are friendly on the phone. The problem is you can basically never reach anyone from the headquarters and you're then redirected to an external phone company who is not able to login to the system to see what is going on 9 out of 10 cases. They should start hiring more staff to deal with this, because service is basically non-existant now! We moved into a building from FRIS end of october and still don't have our name on the bell end of January although we have asked for it in the first week of living there. Called again in January and were told that they had not requested it yet - seriously?! Update: Beginning of february we now have a name sign with the names spelled incorrectly - can it get any worse?! Since moving in there are still little maintenance works that have to be done from the previous renters and although Huybrechts & Jansen (their facility manger service) inspected everything in October, nothing has been done yet although it was promised months ago. Update in february: Still nothing, no reaction to emails and calls. We have called about 10+ times since moving in and have written several emails. It takes ages for them to respond in the first place and then promises are made, but nothing happens. This is so frustrating and really don't know how it could get any worse! Update: Have requested the house rules on 4th of May 2020. After 3 emails and 1 phone call in which they promised to send it asap, nobody was able to send us a simple standard document within 1 month. So all of the above is no coincidence, unfortunately is the standard. Update to the Update: It's end of July now and I've given up... The reply of the owner tops it all. Writing a standard response providing me with a phone number and email where you either get stuck with someone who cannot help you or a email where you don't get any responses doesn't help at all.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! Everything at FRIS works poorly. We rented a flat in the center of Amsterdam, with a ridiculously high rent. Since the beginning, the flat had several problems, the most serious was the heating system that never worked - can you imagine the winter in Amsterdam without heating?! Crazy! We spent months calling the agency, every time they passed the call to different people, so it is difficult for you to understand who is responsible for your flat. After endless calls, the maintenance technicians finally came to the flat, but they were unable to solve the problem - and FRIS didn't care and continued to collect the full rent as if it was nothing. Finally, due to the Covid-19 situation, we had to terminate the contract. Despite the extraordinary situation, and even thogh we left the flat in perfect conditions and found new tenants to replace us, FRIS still charged us a fee of 660 euros to end the contract! Surreal. A complete scam... Terrible experience, I really got tired of dealing with them. So follow my advice: stay away!

After trying to contact them 3 times over a period of two months, I still need to receive a single email back. Not even an out-of-office or other type of automated response; nothing. Our elevator has been broken for nearly 2 weeks now. After contacting them twice, zero response... The paper disposal containers are overflowing; they did adress this in an weekly newsletter, still for the past month nothing happened, it just keeps growing. We pay a hefty service-cost price every month... a working elevator is the least they could do.

Worst management company we have ever dealt with. We had starting paying for out apartment two months before moving in, the day we had planned to move in the person who was supposed to bring us the key had lost it, meaning we had to pay for a night at a hotel, which was promised to be payed for by the team. In the end they did not pay for it as three months later the person who had made the promise "no longer worked there". Within the first month of living here the power went out, in turn the stove broke, for over a month we were left without a stove, meaning that we had to spend hundreds of euros on delivery. Now our oven is broken and for the past 8 weeks we have tried to get in contact with them which is impossible. I do not recommend moving in anywhere with FRIS as their management. No matter how "luxurious" the building may seem
