★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good products selection, with special meat cuts which cannot be found in the average Metzgerei. Fresh fish and see food, and since opening the Bistro and the fresh Charcuterie, even more quality products. A couple of downsides: 1) parking problems, despite the big number of spots (most parking places taken by people working in the nearby depots) and 2) cannot always find the products you want, although they are advertised on the website as available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother going to this place if you are not white and at least middle class. I got some of the nastiest looks as soon as I stepped in. Out of the dozen or so people who came in at the same time as me, I was the only one to get asked ‘Kann ich ihnen helfen?’ In the ‘you know what’ sort of way. Good enough to say ‘this is not YOUR kind of shop’! Some serious re-education needed for the staff here.
