β β β β β Worst decission ever to enter this shop!!!
I wanted to buy a coat but the size was too big, so I asked for a smaler one. The man in the store just looked at me and asked "You know the price?"
He realy treated me like I was not worth to wear these jackets.
Warning! Spend you money on an other place!

β β β β β Hey Frocella ! So this is my 3rd review for this brand/shop in Amsterdam. My coat is 6 years 7 years old this Dec2019 and still going strong! My fur trims are still amazing and my friends from the UK will be in tomorrow for some new fur!!

β β β β β We did not buy any goods (I have enough stuff) but the leather work is absolutely beautiful and comparable to Italian and Spanish craftwork. They also had a variety of interesting hats if you need some headware.

β β β β β When I arrived I was impressed by the merchandise. The manager (owner) seemed very helpful. After deciding to buy one item, he told me that as a tourist I would save significantly as the merchandise was tax free. As a result my wife ended up purchasing an additional two items. At this point it was obvious that carrying everything would be an inconvenience although certainly not impossible as we were returning home the next day. We arranged with the owner to ship everything and he gave us the receipt and forms to fill out. He advised us that unlike some other European countries, The Netherlands does not require us to personally carry everything home. When we got to the airport we found that this was not true and we lost a considerable amount of money. When we arrived home, I emailed the owner and sent him copies of the receipt he gave us for customs and the tax free form he also gave us. After two emails and three months I am still awaiting a response as to whether they are willing to do anything to make this right. Just a warning. BUYER BEWARE !!!
