I do understand that there is time limit but do give buffer for customer. Thank you but there's some other staff who are very polite and helpful too.

This LV shop in the bijenkorf are arrogant and very intimidating looking at their guests who entered very lowly. I am not just looking. I bought many products in LV and one of the problems of LV management they should change their attitude to the ( good ) customers and don’t treat all the customers like rubbish. We bring money to them … is not buying peanuts jam in the grocery store. Act elegant not arrogant !!!
P	Paul Mgmretailgroup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most ridiculous experience in Louis Vuitton. I came to this store with my wife. We live in England but we visit Amsterdam every year. After waiting 20 mins in the line, we are helped by a lady introducing herself as Vicky . She seemed to be very welcoming and we said we were in doubt about what to buy for our daughter, small purse of wallet. After 25 mins this lady Vicky, was telling all the story about the brand without giving us time even to reply or ask anything ( My head was almost burned out due to her saying "Indeed" every 10 words ). When finally, we said we were still doubting about two products, she said "Oke ,no problem" she was called by another customer holding a Capucine bag (I know the name because I bought 3 for my wife),and all of a sudden she told us "Take your time,madame, I 'll be right back to you". She never came back and we saw her at the cash register to that lady with the Capucine bag.. . We will never come back there anymore.
M	Marcel van den hoek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came back for my wife’s bag that was bought in 2013. the bag had unusual paint that was coming of. after a short techincal review they offered us that she could pick a new bag at the same value. she was happy with this solution and chose a new bag an paying a bit extra due to the bag was more expensive. i think this is a very generous offer from louis vuitton and are grateful. waiting time was 15 min to get in the store, it was not too busy. i was worried that we had to wait a long time because it’s very busy always. too bad louis vuitton is mainstream now, exclusive feel is gone. overall great experience!
