scam! they and frozen lemon belong to the same paypal account. It feels like they buy their service on fivver and just resell it.

The worst experience ever. I paid for 20 names but the proposals are very poor and 0% comercial. They are not profesional because I'm waiting for my invoice during months. I contacted with them again and they never reply me.

In contrast to other reviews, I have had a great experience with the people at this company. Search them out on nz.trustpilot.com for some other reviews which offer a different perspective to the current google rating. Currently their score there across 140 or so reviews rated them as "Excellent". My experience: despite lockdown/COVID restrictions which affect all of us, they got back to me with 8 names within 48 hours, 3 of which get very close, 1 in particular I may use, without any second round revisions. In comparison to their fee (CHARGE MORE GUYS, YOU ARE WORTH IT) this saved me MORE months of head scratching and time wasting trying to get to the core of what my businesses are about. I had already tried to work this out myself for about 1 year, and had tried another agency who cost a lot more but who didn't seem to want to explore the paths I wanted to go down, or just "didn't seem to connect" with what I was describing. Maybe my own thinking and feeling and explanation has evolved over time, and that made this experience so much better. Well, in 48 hrs they have managed to get very close, and probably close enough. It is a creative process and so that is always going to turn people on or off, like some art or music does. I think you have to accept that when you engage someone in this kind of work. It's not easy work! I have realised that as part of this process I also have a role - to best explain what my business is about, and what/who is it for, at it's core. Not keyword based or anything like that. I also have a role in getting out of the way, and accepting that 'close enough' is close enough - and that it's what I do when I show up that is going to make the big difference. Otherwise all it is - is a name. Hope that helps others going down this path. Give these guys a go, and maybe accept you might have to get humble and go around a few times before you end with with what you think/feel you want. And focus on the feel more than the think. Cheers, best wishes.

I agree and wish I had seen this review earlier. We provided them with a full branding document (about the size of one A4) with key words, examples of brands we like, what connection we want to create with our audience. We never received our order in time. When we finally received a set of "brands" they didn't follow our guidelines. They were bland, looked like created by an online generator, lacked any connection with our target audience, and were hard to pronounce or write word play. None of our asks to have a quick Skype or other communication before production or after were answered. It looks like their "service" is one of just letting a word-generator come up with loosely related, bland names that are not fitted to be used in a business settings, and then try to find a way to justify that they delivered on the order, by writing underneath them why they think they are a "perfect fit" for our company! The names provided had us and our partners shake our heads.

I was very optimistic about this service, but it is very poor. Like other reviews here (wish I saw them before), I provided a full brief with a detailed description of the market and a clear value articulator statement. I purchased the 8 name package, which was supposed to be completed in 24-48 hours. When I received them 5 days later, they were weak and irrelevant. All of the suggestions were a variation on a two word mash up with a description (ColabGro- ColabGro is a combination of the words “collaboration” and “growth”). When I requested a rewrite and gave more specific feedback (an 8 name order has a 4 name rewrite), I was told they would arrive 2-3 days later. After 7 days, I wrote to inquire, then received another disappointing list. Not recommended.

Shame - really poor review to add. Potential to be such a good service that I would use again, however the whole experience was a letdown. Names were delivered 2 days outside the window they promise. I took the offer of additional name generation request (which is in their SLA) as the ones supplied were not super relevant to the brief and absolutely no communication back from them in several weeks. Tried 2 email addresses, nothing. Note they have no contact telephone number!

Terrible experience I paid for the 8 name package and was provided with basic ad hoc names with no relevance to the brief I supplied. The names look very similar to any free business name generator you will find on Google. I mentioned I was unhappy with the names they supplied and never heard back. They also never supplied me with the 4 name revisions I paid for. Use at your own risk.

This is a scam. Do not use their service. They will send you a list of random names that are useless.
