About Furnea - Visit our showroom - Free parkeren - Always coffee!
2022
Ook in het jaar 2022 willen wij vooruit. Wij vonden dat het tijd werd voor een tweede Furnea Catalogus. En daar hoort natuurlijk ook een vierde editie van het Home & Office (4e editie) en geWOON ANDERS (4e editie) magazine bij. Vanaf 2022 zijn er dus nog meer manieren om je te laten inspireren!
Ook op andere gebieden bleven we niet stil zitten. Zo zetten wij onze samenwerking met logistiek bedrijf 'Meubeltrein' voort die zijn naam veranderde naar 'Logilist B.V'. en besloten we om via dit bedrijf een warehousing systeem op te zetten voor groot vervoer. Daarmee wilden we ons netwerk binnen de Benelux vergroten om zo nog meer services te kunnen aanbieden. Later volgt hierover meer info!
Ook het team van interieuradviseurs werd in 2022 uitgebreid. Voor jou betekent dit dat je nu ook een interieurplan kan laten opstellen door onze experts. Zij bekijken daarbij samen met jou hoe ze je interieurdromen werkelijkheid kunnen maken en hoe ze het beste uit een ruimte kunnen halen. Zo geniet je binnenkort (opnieuw) volop van je woning!

De vervoersfirma nam ook contact met ons op om verder het levermoment af te spreken daar ons adres niet makkelijk vindbaar is. Zeker een pluspunt. De instructies om de kast op te bouwen zijn heel duidelijk en eenvoudig te volgen. Goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding en superieur tov ikeakasten.Kortom heel tevreden over onze aankoop en service.

The transport company also contacted us to further agree on the delivery time as our address is not easy to find. Definitely a plus. The instructions to build the cabinet are very clear and easy to follow. Good value for money and superior to ikea closets. In short, very satisfied with our purchase and service.

β β β β β I ordered a bar tray here. It was delivered fast but unfortunately some parts were defective. Their reaction was quite fast - they asked me to provide the numbers of defective details to replace them. Instead of getting the replacement for defective details, I got another bar tray. This time there was something wrong with the quality once again - the parts were made incorrectly so I couldn't assemble them together. I contacted furnea once again asking to send both trays back to them and get a refund. They returned money and asked to keep both trays or/and to get rid of them - as I wish. In the end I didn't get the tray (and spent my time on attempts to assemble it) but I got my money back without problems and furnea employees were eager to help to keep me as a client satisfied. So I would say - the quality of the thing that you want to buy better to check offline, but the customer service is great!
