Nog steeds geen bericht dat ik of een vervangend product krijg of mijn geld terug, inmiddels is het 3 maand geleden dat ik het eerste bericht stuurde, de tuinslang die ik opgestuurd kreeg knapte gelijk al kapot toen ik de kraan aan zette, ik bestel hier nooit weer wat!
 1 star is still too much! Still no message that I will receive a replacement product or my money back, it has now been 3 months ago that I sent the first message, the garden hose that I was sent broke immediately when I turned on the tap, I never order here what again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zich niets tegen het bedrijf maar wij hebben een Magic Hose besteld die bij ontvangst al kapot bleek te zijn.
Na drie e-mails nog steeds geen reactie en dat verbaast mij. Werkt de e-mail van de klantenservice niet??
Geeft het bedrijf niets om haar klanten?? Had ik de mail in het Engels moeten sturen??
Ik wacht nog steeds op een reactie en vervanging van het product.
Zal van de week ook wel even bellen, wellicht neemt men op.
Nothing against the company in itself, but we ordered a Magic Hose which turned out to be broken upon receipt.
Still no response after three emails and that surprises me. Customer service email not working?
Doesn't the company care about its customers? Should I have sent the mail in English?
I am still waiting for a response and product replacement.
Will also call this week, perhaps they will answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik bestelde een groene tuinslang maar ontving een blauwe. Toen ik deze terugstuurde werd deze geweigerd, en zeiden ze dat de kleur altijd anders kan zijn dan op het plaatje (!?) en dat de slang nat en gebruikt was, terwijl hij nog in de originele plastic verpakking zat! Ongelooflijk! Apptack weigert ook om mijn geld terug te stoten! Niet hier kopen dus - veel te groot risico!
I ordered a green garden hose but received a blue one. When I sent it back it was refused, and they said that the color can always be different from the picture (!?) And that the hose was wet and used, while it was still in the original plastic packaging! Unbelievable! Apptack also refuses to refund my money! So don't buy here - far too great a risk!
